5. Bake the muffins in the already heated to about 200 degrees oven. The oven needs seven to ten minutes. During this time, the edges of the cupcakes are cooked, and the filling will remain liquid.

To prepare this cake you will need:

  • Two hundred grams of butter;
  • One hundred grams of candied fruit;

  • Kernels of any nuts - one hundred grams;
  • One lemon (peel);
  • One teaspoonful of baking powder;
  • Three hundred grams of flour;
  • About 150 grams of sugar;
  • 4 eggs;
  • One glass of liquor (you can and cognac);
  • Powder for sprinkling;
  • Eggs for lubrication.

Cake making process:

1. First we rub the yolks with sugar, then add the baking powder and flour to this mass.

2. After that, you can add nuts, candied fruits and butter and pour liqueur or cognac.

3. Whip the proteins until the formation of foam and add them to the bulk. All this is a good mix.

4. Pour the dough into the prepared mold and bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for about 35-40 minutes.

5. When the cupcake is ready, you can sprinkle it with powdered sugar or pour on any glaze.
