Let's start baking

To prepare such a treat, a lot of time will not be required. The dessert "Paul Robeson" cake recipe is easy, and it is easy for a person who is not experienced in confectionery wisdom to master it. First you need to bake the cakes. To do this, sift the flour and add cocoa powder to it. In a separate bowl with the help of a mixer we'll grab eggs and sugar, add condensed milk. When the sugar crystals dissolve, you can gradually introduce the mixture into flour. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

Bake the cake in a pre-veneered form for half an hour at 180 degrees. After removing from the mold, it should cool down properly. Now you need to divide the cake into 2-3 cakes. If you cut with a knife - mark the place of the future notch with toothpicks, and only then divide into equal parts. It is convenient to use silk or dental floss for these purposes. So all the cakes will turn out neat and one thickness. If in the process of baking the cake has risen in the middle - cut off the uneven top. It can be crushed into a crumb and used as a powder for decorating. Now you can start preparing the cream.

Prepare the cream and form the cake

Thoroughly beat butter and condensed milk with a mixer, add cocoa. Half of this cream will go to abundant lubrication of the cake. After the cake is formed, it should be covered with the remaining cream from the sides and from above. If you want to slightly diversify the dessert, then you can decorate with chocolate glaze your "Paul Robson". The cake is covered with a thin layer of chocolate melted on a water bath with a little cream. After the cake is ready, it should be taken to a cool place for 2-3 hours, so that it is better absorbed by the cream. The best option is to cook the dessert on the eve of the upcoming party. If the cake is infused over the night in the fridge - the biscuit will become even more tender, and the taste is simply excellent! Therefore, try to prepare such a treat beforehand.

His delicate taste is sure to please the guests, and for sure he will be a favorite in your family. Who knows, perhaps, it will be many years later that it will be associated with the taste of childhood and with your children.
