Simple and delicious recipe: fried apples in dough

So the autumn came. And the apple harvest season is in full swing. Those who have a garden in the country or on the site of a private home, in general, are overwhelmed with these generous gifts of the autumn season. Of course, people for many years of development came up with many ways to preserve and process tasty and juicy fruits, including juices, jam, home-brew and wine, finally. But still want to cook from apples something tasty, to pamper the household or guests who came to the house. So the question of what to cook from this wonderful natural product is by no means an idle one, but the most urgent one. And fried apples in the test - one of such popular and popular recipes, which should be in a culinary notebook from every self-respecting hostess. Moreover, it will not be necessary to do a great job to prepare a delicious dish. And raw materials - that's it: always at hand, and the rest of the ingredients are also present in any kitchen. Why not try it?

Apples in the fried test (recipe base)

So, we need to take about a kilogram of apples - ripe and preferably not small. When choosing the main ingredient, try to ensure that the fruits are not flawed (that is, so you do not have to cut out the segments). So your fried apples in the test will turn out equal and beautiful.

With fruits, you need to make several preparatory actions, which do not seem complicated. Well, first, they need to be thoroughly washed. And then, without peeling the peel, cut out the core with a special adaptation, along with bones and tails. If this know-how is not available, do not be in a hurry to get upset: this procedure can be done with a knife of a small size, it's just that with unaccustomed use it can not turn out as smoothly as we would like. After removing the cores, cut the product into rings (thickness in the finger approximately).

Also, as ingredients for cooking, we need: a couple of eggs, half a cup of sugar, half a cup of flour, half a small spoon of baking powder, salt on the tip of the knife, butter for leavening.

Cooking dough

To get delicious fried apples in the dough, you need to cook the right claret. To do this, beat the eggs with salt and sugar in the foam. Then, whilst continuing, slowly pour in the flour and baking powder, trying to avoid the lumps. This is the simplest, but effective option. The dough should be liquid, but stretch a little (about as if on a pancake).

The process has gone!

We take a good and large frying pan, reheat and pour in the oil. When it warms up properly, we'll turn down the fire so it does not burn out. Circles of apples generously dipped in the dessert - and then on the pan! Zashipit - nothing terrible, it should be so. We cook the fried apples in the dough from both sides to the blush (this happens quite quickly, so the tip: do not go far from the plate and constantly monitor the process). We serve the table in a hot form (but also in the cold, they will also be no less delicious), sprinkled with powdered sugar. We got gentle inside and fragrant fried apples in the dough. Reviews of home and guests, believe me, will only be positive. Children, by the way, like these "donuts" dunk in something sweet. Serve each child (or guest) with jam or condensed milk in separate bowls for these purposes.

Apples in the test fried. Culinary recipe №2

This recipe is best for a picnic in nature or for meeting friends outdoors, however, wherever there is an open fire, a grill or a stove. Usually on the street, meat dishes and baked vegetables are traditionally cooked. But after them, it is likely that many participants in the celebration will want something sweet as a dessert. In this case, fried apples in a dough on skewers are the best option: both tasty and useful.

Cooking is easy

We prepare the preparation of the ingredients in the same way as in the basic recipe: we cut the apples into rings, we make the claret. Then there are two options. You can string the rings on wooden skewers and, dipping into a dough, fry until blush in a lot of oil. And you can string on metal (small) skewers and fry directly on open coals (it will be a bit dripping, but it's normal, the dough, by the way, can be made slightly thicker to prevent it). For a picnic - in the grocery sense - an excellent end, and all guests will be satisfied with this simple and tasty dish.
