So, for cooking cheesecakes you will need:

  • 0.5 liters of milk;
  • 1 packet of dry yeast ;
  • 1.5 kg of flour;
  • 1 egg for filling, 3 eggs for dough;
  • 1.5 cups of sugar;
  • 150 grams of margarine;
  • 0,5 kg of cottage cheese;
  • 200 grams of sour cream;
  • vanillin;
  • salt.

First we make the spit by mixing milk, a couple of spoonfuls of sugar and yeast, and leave it for an hour to go. Yolks are rubbed together with sugar, and the proteins must be beaten to a steep foam. In the spit add crushed yolks, melted margarine, flour, whipped proteins, salt and mix the dough. Cover with a dry towel and leave the dough for an hour.

While it is suitable, we will fill it up - in cottage cheese one needs to add one egg, vanillin, sugar and grind well. Approached the dough divide into equal parts and roll the balls. They need to roll out, put the filling in the middle, and bend the edges towards the center of the cheesecake so that the curd is visible. We put the resulting products on a baking sheet or in another form, not forgetting to leave the distance between them. Top with cream cheese croutons. Cooking at 200 degrees, until they blush.

The recipe for cheesecake with curd can be made unusual if you add raisins and cook cheesecakes in the form of "rosettes". Such a dish will decorate even the festive table, and thanks to the original appearance it will especially attract children.

For the test, you need the following ingredients:

  • 250 ml of milk;
  • 4 eggs;
  • 100 grams of sugar;
  • 0.5 tsp. Salts;
  • 2 tbsp. L. Yeast (dry);
  • 100 grams of butter (creamy);
  • 7 glasses of flour.

For filling:

  • 500 grams of cottage cheese;
  • 150 grams of raisins;
  • vanillin;
  • 2 tbsp. L. Sahara;
  • 1 chicken egg (as well as 1 egg for lubrication).

Prepare the spoon - to warm milk, add yeast, salt, a couple of spoons of sugar and stir until all is dissolved. Then we sift the flour and add two glasses to the milk. We knead until the density of sour cream, cover with a paper napkin and leave to rise in a warm place.

While we let the pomore ripen, we begin to prepare the filling. In the previously washed and sorted raisins, we add cottage cheese, egg, vanillin, sugar and rub it all to a homogeneous mass. The filling is ready.

Next, we prepare the baking for the dough - the remaining sugar is whipped with eggs and melted butter. Thirty minutes later, we add the baking and the flour that was left to the gum. We knead the dough and divide it into twenty equal parts, from which we form balls. Roll them out and put two teaspoons of cheese in the center.

We proceed to the rose. We divide the circle into three segments: small, large and large. Next, in order, starting with a small piece, wrap the filling and fix the edges well. Each rose is lubricated with a mixture of eggs and a teaspoon of water, we place on a baking tray and cook in the oven until a ruddy crust appears. And then please the household with magnificent rosary cheesecake!

Basically cheesecakes are prepared from a yeast dough, but if you do not have to bother with it, neither time nor desire, we offer you a recipe for cheesecakes with curds from drying. It is original and unusually tasty.

So, for the preparation of cheese-cakes, you will need:

  • 200 grams of drying;
  • 100 grams of cottage cheese;
  • 3 tablespoons Sahara;
  • 1 cup of milk;
  • 1 egg;
  • vanillin.

Fill the drying with milk for ten minutes, not forgetting to constantly mix them. While the drying is soaked, we make the curd filling. Mix cottage cheese, eggs and sugar, thoroughly rub. We cover the baking tray with parchment paper, having pre-lubricated it with butter, and put on it drying, in the middle of which we place the curd mass. Bake about half an hour before browning cottage cheese. We take out of the oven and enjoy great taste! And cheesecake with cottage cheese from a yeast dough is prepared by the same technology, just a dough for them needs to be done on the basis of yeast. All the rest, that is, filling and baking, is identical to the last recipe.
