The recipe for curd cheese is simple: mix a pack of cottage cheese with an egg, a teaspoon of soda and a table sugar. Then add the flour and knead the dough. Divide the mass into several parts and blend the cheese cakes. Fry in the oil for 3-5 minutes on both sides. You can serve with sour cream, condensed milk, honey or jam. A delicious breakfast is ready!
  3. In the summer morning, when hot food is not for everyone, you can limit yourself to an easy fruit cocktail. Mix with a mixer or in a blender 2 cups of milk, chopped fruit, a couple of tablespoons of flakes and sugar to taste. Pour the cocktail over the glasses. You can decorate glasses with fruit and serve to the table.
  4. Cupcake in a mug - an excellent delicious breakfast for sweet tooth! Mix 3-4 tablespoons of flour, 3 spoons - sugar, milk and vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons - cocoa, chicken egg. Put the mixture into a ceramic mug or a baking dish that is suitable for a microwave oven. From above you can put fresh berries. Put for 3-5 minutes in the microwave. Delicious morning pastries ready!

If you do not like sweets, you can make a cupcake with cheese: carefully mix a glass of flour, half a cup of milk, a teaspoon of baking powder, 50 grams of softened butter and 2 eggs.

5. Oatmeal porridge. Not at all, it turns out as delicious as it should be. It's all about cooking (the packaging is not always written in a detailed way). So, put 3 glasses of milk with a spoonful of sugar on the fire. After it has boiled, pour a glass of oatmeal. Do not forget to stir it. You can add a chopped apple or dried fruit. Bring it all to a boil, put on a weak fire and cook for 15 minutes, covering the porridge with a lid. Serve with a slice of butter. A delicious breakfast is on your table!
