Cook the chop - break it, grate it on a grater or pass it through a meat grinder, just do not wet it. Pour the crumbs into a bowl. Milk and butter thoroughly rub until smooth. Then mix with the biscuits, and carefully. If desired, you can drop a little lemon juice. Cool the biscuit sponge with jam, sprinkle with powdered sugar, cut into slices. Pretty, not cake, believe me!
