While those who suffer from the fact that they constantly want to eat, what to do with this they simply do not represent, and the extra pounds and "drip", constantly in stress, feel tired and unwell, suffer from a number of unpleasant Diseases.

First of all, you need to establish the cause of your overeating. As a rule, people abuse food and this adversely affects the work of their body and their health because you are accustomed to eating unnatural foods, which are so rich in fats and a number of ingredients, which are the main cause of "gluttony."

And in any case you do not need to eat "until the dump", even if you will be full, but not to such an extent that it is already a problem to get off the couch. And then you will notice that everything is normalized over time and you will have nothing to fear.
