Therefore, a logisticist without work experience, hiring in the company, first needs to find out what exactly he will need to do, determine the scope of his duties and what exactly is required of him. For example, some believe that without knowledge of higher mathematics in this area can not do, guided by a stereotyped view. In fact, a logisticist is a professional who can build a strategic system with the exception of failures leading to additional material costs. That is, he must be an economist. For other employers, it is important that the employed person has the skills of diplomacy to work with suppliers, transport companies and colleagues. Everything depends on the industry and the scope of the organization. But we can draw a general conclusion that a logist is a process specialist responsible for the final result. Therefore, the general knowledge of finance, management, marketing, legislation, as well as knowledge of foreign languages will always be welcomed.

Unfortunately, in our country, as such, there are no logistics companies (in the classical sense of the word). There are structures and organizations that perform a certain, clearly regulated role in the overall process.
As a result, we can say that a logistics operator is an organizer that can collect everything and all together, and motivate each "link" of the chain to the agreed fulfillment of the tasks of the final customer, which, in fact, pays for everything.
