Dough for cake: its features
Cupcakes are wonderful desserts. However, not everyone knows that they are not always sweet. Dough for the cake is prepared in different ways - and each way is unique in its own way.
In order to put the dough for the cupcakes, we will prepare 150 g of raisins, 2 eggs, half a cup of sugar, 1 cup of flour, 1 glass of milk, 1 teaspoon of orange liqueur, vegetable oil and breadcrumbs.
It is necessary to beat eggs well, add sugar, flour and milk. All this must be carefully mixed and added to the fruit liqueur. When the mixture is ready, the raisins are selected. It is important that the berries are not damaged and look appetizing. Raisins are poured into almost ready dough for a cupcake - and again everything is mixed.
Now take the molds and lubricate the walls with their vegetable oil. You can use any fat, it depends on the taste. After this you should make a powder with breadcrumbs. The dough is distributed evenly over the molds, so that there is no surplus. The molds are placed in the oven. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Baking is carried out for forty minutes, after which the products are removed.

In order to prepare this type of product, you need 1 cup of wheat flour, 3 eggs, half a cup of low-fat kefir, 4 tablespoons of olive oil (in fact, you can use any one, depends on your preferences), one teaspoon baking soda, several grams of salt, 100 grams Cheese, 100 grams of sausage (selected to taste), one sweet pepper and herbs (parsley, dill, onion, celery).
The dough for the cake is prepared with the help of a mixer. To do this, lay eggs, kefir, salt and oil in a common bowl. All is thoroughly mixed, a small portion of wheat flour is added. It's important not to forget to sift it. Again, everything is mixed with a mixer. Now thin slices are chopped sweet pepper, sausage, cheese (sausage can be substituted for chicken meat). When everything is ready, the mixture is again mixed to a homogeneous mass.
