What is GEF preschool education? Educational programs for Dow

Modern children really differ significantly from the previous generation - and these are not just words. Innovative technologies radically changed the way of life of our crumbs, their priorities, opportunities and goals. What do adults do? How and what to teach the kids? After all, the knowledge that teachers passed on to their children a few years ago has become irrelevant today. The answer to this question is contained in such a document, which has the name "federal state standard". What is GEF preschool education, we will tell in detail in this article.

Federal state educational standard - what is it?

What does the GEF abbreviation mean? It is deciphered as a federal state education standard. This is a document compiled by the authorized body of the Russian Federation, which displays the requirements for the process of practical implementation of educational activities. GEF is used in DOW, schools, secondary special educational institutions and universities. In particular, it specifies the requirements, norms and recommendations for drawing up programs of educational institutions.

Federal Institute for Educational Development

In order to form the state standard of education, it required a colossal research and scientific work. This activity was carried out by the authorized body of the Russian Federation, which has the abbreviation FIRO. GEF preschool education also compiled this research institute.

Formed this state body was back in 2004 by combining several scientific institutions. It is subordinated directly to the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation. In 2011 received the status of an autonomous scientific institution.

The relevance of GEF

In order to successfully implement the educational and upbringing function of the modern generation in the Russian Federation, back in 2003, at the state level, the need to create unified generalized requirements for the knowledge and skills of pupils of educational institutions of various levels began to be discussed.

Thus, in 2004 the educational standard of the first generation was created. He was introduced into the practical activities of various educational institutions, including the standards of the GEF in the Dow.

After that, the document is regularly updated. At the same time, the development of modern technological progress and the demands of society are taken into account.

GEF is drafted in accordance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation and the Convention on the Rights of the Child.

What is the standard for education?

What is GEF preschool education, why do you need this document in the DOW? GEF was established, first of all, for systematization, logical integration of the education process. The document makes it possible to organize the educational work in such a way that children do not experience great difficulties in moving to a new level of education, namely they were equipped with the necessary and sufficient knowledge and had a certain level of psychological preparation.

The federal state education standard is the main document on the basis of which curricula are developed. It is the standard that determines the content of the whole educational process: what and how to teach children what it is necessary to achieve the results and in what terms. The work program on GEF in the DOW has certain features, which will be described in detail in the corresponding section.

The document allows you to plan the work of educational institutions, which is directly reflected in their funding. Thanks to the established standards, work is also carried out with pedagogical staff - schedules for increasing professional qualification, re-certification are being developed, and the work of methodical associations is organized. Various forms of control over the level of training of pupils are also drawn up taking into account the requirements of the standard of education.

Structure of the Education Standard

What is GEF preschool education? This is a clearly structured document requirements for the organization of teaching and educational work in the DOW. It consists of three levels:

  1. Requirements for compiling an educational program. This section includes standards and criteria that pedagogical workers need to take into account when planning the educational process. Namely, the volume of mandatory approved material, the ratio of different directions is indicated. The standard also assumes the introduction of additional directions, sections of knowledge into the work program, which are formed directly by participants in the educational process. Taking into account all the requirements of the document, the GEF program of preschool education is compiled.
  2. Requirements that provide for the implementation of the program. Here we mean not only the assimilation of knowledge and skills by pupils, but also financial, material and technical implementation of the educational process, work with the pedagogical team, parents of children and other conditions that were planned at the stage of the formation of the educational program.
  3. The last section, which includes the state standard of education, specifies the requirements for the results of the educational process. Different aspects of the educational process are also examined here. The document specifies not only the minimum necessary level of training of pupils, but also the terms of accomplishing the assigned tasks, as well as the professional development of teachers.

The work program on GEF in the DOW must necessarily take into account all the requirements of the state educational standard.

Implementation of the educational standard

In the educational process, the standard is implemented in the form of basic training programs, which, in turn, should include plans, schedules, work programs for each subject. For example, the GEF for mathematics in the DOW presupposes not so much the training in numbers and account, as the development of the concepts of "quantity", "group", the solution of life situations.

In addition to programs, on the basis of the requirements of the standard, methodical literature, control and evaluation materials are compiled.

Preschool education GEF: basic

A distinctive feature of the educational standard of the new generation is a completely innovative approach to the education of children. If previously the goal was to transfer knowledge from the teacher to the child, the level of skills and skills needed to be consolidated, today the main task is the formation of a coherent harmoniously developed personality. Thus, the GEF program of preschool education should not only contain requirements for the student's knowledge, but also focus on the psychological aspect of the formation of the pupil as a participant in modern society. In accordance with this, when preparing the program, it is necessary to take into account such factors as:

  • Requirements of GEF and regional standards;
  • Material and technical capabilities of the DOW;
  • Available means of organization of work;
  • Orientation, forms and methods of teaching in a particular educational institution;
  • Conditions for the organization of the educational process in the DOW;
  • The social order of a specific locality;
  • Type of educational institution;
  • Age and individual abilities of pupils.

In addition, the basic educational program of the DFG for the GEF should comply with the following conditions:

  1. Do not contradict the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the law "On Education", other regional and internal orders.
  2. Ensure the preservation and promotion of children's health.
  3. Provide interaction between the teacher and the family of pupils.
  4. Be able to psychologically and physically prepare a child for school.
  5. Ensure equal educational conditions regardless of ethnic, religious affiliation, social status, place of residence.
  6. To be succession with the school curriculum.

The main objective of the GEF program

Pre-school education in the conditions of GEF sets the main goal of the whole educational process to develop a harmonious personality of the pupil. That is, to give babies a certain amount of knowledge is not enough today. It is much more important to involve the child in the society, the rules and norms of behavior in it, and also develop skills of independence, responsibility, interaction with other people, to teach to show their individual characteristics and talents, to be an active member of modern society.

Undoubtedly, you can achieve such results only if you have a certain amount of knowledge. Therefore, teaching a child the basics of science is no less important task of a pre-school educational institution, but the criteria for assessing the learning of such material by children are quite flexible. Today it is not necessary to be able to read while sitting down for the first time at the school desk, but it is important that the first-grader is psychologically prepared for the forthcoming educational activity. So, the kid should be able to communicate with peers, be assiduous, have a hold on attention and much more. The document outlines the targets of the GEF preschool education.

Main GEF Knowledge Areas

The main directions on which the contents of the educational program in the POW should be developed are five in total:

  1. Cognitive development. Children should achieve, as a result of educational activities within the planned period, a strong research interest in the surrounding world, natural and social phenomena in it.
  2. Speech. Depending on the age, specific standards are developed for this criterion. So, in the senior group of DOW, children should have a coherent, logically correct speech.
  3. Artistic and aesthetic. This direction involves acquaintance of pupils with art and music, familiarization with culture and art, as well as the development of individual creative abilities, fine motor skills.
  4. Socio-psychological section implies the adaptation of the child in the peer group, the training of the baby rules of behavior in the group, the formation of psychological comfort and social status as a necessary element of the existence of the group.
  5. The physical direction includes sports classes, health procedures, classes on the OBR in the DOW.

GEF preschool and primary education closely interact, are succession. Therefore, in the same areas, work is planned in the lower grades of the school.

Features of the development of a work program in the GEF DOW

In order to start compiling an educational program in a preschool institution for GEF, you should clearly understand the structure of the document. So, its content should consist of 2 parts:

  • According to GEF in the DOW;
  • Compiled by the participants in the educational process.

The first specified part must necessarily be displayed in full. The second one is recommendatory and is formed on an individual basis.

The program should contain the following sections:

  1. The title page, in which the name of the program is indicated, the authors, when and by whom it is approved.
  2. Explanatory note. It reveals the relevance of the selected work, the main concept of the document, the goals and objectives of the work, the timing of their implementation.
  3. Day regimen in the DOW.
  4. The content of teaching and educational work within the framework of individual directions. Including the methodological complex of work (which basic and additional programs are applied, the technology of education, the availability of methodological aids). Structure of the educational work system (day regimes, training schedules, staff schedules, workload).
  5. Expected results of work during the school year.
  6. Control and evaluation work in the Dow (for both pupils and pedagogical staff).

GEF Program Targets

According to the requirements of the state standard of education, intermediate and final attestations of knowledge are excluded in the DOW. It is important to check not the learned facts, but the psychological readiness of the child for the next stage of education - the school. In connection with this requirement, certain target areas of GEF preschool education were formed, assessing which it is possible to determine the level of readiness of the preschool child to be transferred to the first class:

  • The child shows a positive attitude towards the surrounding world, people and himself;
  • The preschooler is able to determine the task himself, to fulfill it;
  • Initiative in games and educational activities;
  • Achieved a conscious understanding and implementation of rules, norms, requirements of society;
  • Speech is understandable to others, properly constructed;
  • Developed the ability to solve problem or conflict situations independently;
  • Large and small motor skills correspond to age;
  • Activity manifests creativity, non-standard thinking;
  • Marked possession of strong-willed qualities;
  • The child is inquisitive, observant.

Types of educational programs

There are 2 types of basic educational programs in the DOW:

  • General developing (including various directions);
  • Specialized (narrowly focused).

The first include the program "Rainbow", "Development", "Kroha" and others. Specialized - this is ecological, artistic-aesthetic, physical, social education.

In addition to the above-mentioned programs, additional DGUs, for example, documents of circle work, are applied in separate DOW.

In this article, we explained what the GEF is for preschool education, and how to implement the requirements in pedagogical practice. It is important for methodologists of children's preschool institutions to correctly convey the basic requirements of the document to pedagogical workers, to teach them how to use innovations in their work. After all, the GEF is a document that helps to organize educational activities taking into account the social order and the modern requirements of society. Thanks to this document, the generation of our children is trained in a completely innovative format, leaving behind the beliefs of the past.
