Chicken hearts in any form

Sometimes even meat bothers. I want something simple, tasty and at the same time not ordinary. Glancing at the supermarket appendages, suddenly you see chicken hearts and you realize that this is exactly what you were looking for!

Today from this delicacy by-product, almost everything is prepared, from the first dishes to salads. Moreover, these dishes are good not only in the family circle, they will look great on the festive table.

Chicken hearts in pots

To prepare this delicious dish (for five pots) we will need:

  • 0.5 kg of chicken hearts
  • 300 g of champignons
  • 5 pieces. Potatoes (medium size)
  • 1 PC. Carrots
  • 1 PC. Onions
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 200g cheese
  • 350 ml cream (20%)
  • Salt, pepper, spices

Before you start cooking chicken hearts, they should be filled with cold and slightly salted water and left for an hour.

Shink vegetables and fry over medium heat for five minutes (until soft).

Mushrooms cut into plates are fried until all of the moisture comes out.

Chicken hearts can not be cut, but fried whole, sprinkled with salt and pepper for twenty minutes.

Peeled potatoes cut into large cubes.

At the bottom of each pot, we lay the potatoes, add a little salt and add a piece of butter. The next layer is laid out mushrooms, and on top - chicken hearts. All this is sprinkled with spices (you can take a mixture of chaiber, oregano and basil) and spread the prepared vegetables, pour the cream into the pots about half. Top with sprinkled grated cheese on a large grater.

We put in a preheated to 220 degrees oven.

The cooking time is thirty minutes. I want to note that some housewives lay all the ingredients layer by layer raw. In this case, the top of the pot is covered with a mug of rolled dumpling batter mixed with milk. Such a peculiar lid is very tasty and can replace bread.

Another recipe that can be prepared at a picnic or cottage.
