Then combine the yolks with proteins, add the sifted flour, baking powder and knead the biscuit dough. Lubricate the mold for baking with butter; Note that you only need to lubricate the bottom of the mold, otherwise the dough will not rise. Then put the biscuit and bake at a temperature of 200 ° C. In any case, do not open the oven door, any shake can "damage" the bisque test. When my grandmother baked a sponge cake with fruit, she locked the door to the kitchen and let no one in. After the cake is baked and cooled, gently cut it along into two equal parts. The crusts are ready, now you need to decide on the cream.

I propose two options.

1) Cream cream with whole condensed milk. This cream is prepared quickly and turns out very tender. For the cream you need butter - 100 grams (or half-cups) and a bank of condensed milk; Make sure that the milk was "whole condensed", and not "condensed milk product". Melt the butter, combine it with the condensed milk, add a little vanilla for flavor and whisk until a lush consistency. If you want, you can tint the cream with food coloring, a holiday is for children, then the fruit biscuit cake should be bright.

2) Curd cream. To prepare this cream you will need: 2 packs of low-fat cottage cheese, one glass of fresh cream, one glass of sugar, a pinch of vanillin. First, whip the sugar and cream, then gradually introduce cottage cheese and vanillin. Get a mushy mass. A sponge cake with fruit will perfectly match with curd cream.

We have prepared the cream, it remains to cover the cakes and decorate the cake with fruits. To do this, take the first cake, abundantly lubricate the cream, cover with a second cake and also abundantly lubricate the cream, including the side parts of the cake. After this, it is necessary to wait a little, so that the cream is absorbed.

The most interesting thing left is to decorate the cake with fruits. For this we need the following fruits: kiwi, pomegranate, fresh or canned apricots or peaches. Fruits can be folded chaotically or in a certain order, a matter of taste. I propose to lay out three fruit strips. To do this, cut finely kiwi, peel garnet, peaches or apricots, too, cut into small cubes.
