To prepare a traditional pie, it is advisable to use only the cheese cream specially designed for this, but it is often replaced with fat cottage cheese and cream. And in order for you to know how to make cheesecake at home, I would like to offer you a few of his recipes.

Since this dish is very popular in America, I would like first of all to offer a recipe for a traditional American cheesecake.

American cheesecake (cherry)

To prepare you need:

Preparation of cheesecake should begin with the preparation of the base. To do this, you need to combine in a single mass all the ingredients intended for the basis. Prepared mass must be put in a form, in which in the future you will bake a cake.

Now that the base is ready, it's time to move on to preparing the filling. To do this, you need to combine in one mass cheese with sugar - this is done with a mixer. After that, separately from the cheese, you need to beat eggs with vanilla extract. Both masses must be combined and thoroughly beaten with a mixer.

The prepared mixture is laid out on the cake and the whole container is immersed in the oven for a short time - no more than 20 minutes (200 degrees). After you turn off the oven, do not immediately get a ready-made dessert from it - let it brew for a while.

As soon as you get the cheesecake from the oven, immediately put it in the fridge, and, preferably, overnight, so that he has time to brew. After the time allocated for infusion in the refrigerator, you can lay berries on top.

And now I would like to give an example of how to make a cheesecake with the addition of white chocolate.

Cheesecake with white chocolate

To prepare you need:

  • 100 g of butter;
  • 200 g. Shortbread cookies;
  • 100 g of sugar-sand;
  • 0.5 kg. Cream cheese;
  • 200 g of white chocolate;
  • 4 chicken eggs.

To make cakes, you will need cookies, crumbled in crumbs and melted butter. These ingredients are mixed and laid out in a pre-prepared form, lined with foil. Then the shape must be put in the oven, pre-heated to 170 degrees. In this form, the cake is baked for 10 minutes.

In the meantime, you can prepare the filling. To make it, you need cheese, eggs and sugar. Cheese should be thoroughly beaten with sugar, and then add eggs, and, not all at once, but one at a time. However, this is not all. Now, in a separate vessel, melt the chocolate and, adding melted butter to it, combine this mixture with cheese. Stirring the combined ingredients thoroughly, they can be put on the cake when you get it out of the oven.

Now is the time to proceed to the second stage of cooking cheesecake - its final baking. For this it is necessary to prepare a pan - pour it with boiling water. The form with cheesecake, which you recently baked, must be put on a filled sheet and sent again in this form to the oven in order to bake in a water bath. The best conditions - 170 degrees temperature baking time - about an hour. As soon as you get the almost ready cake from the oven, let it cool down, and then put it in the refrigerator for the night.
