When to translate a watch, and whether it is necessary to do it?

In Russia, the clock hands are not translated from 2011, but there are still a lot of people dissatisfied with this order of things. Every autumn and spring questions are being asked about when to translate the watch. Still, because the transition to winter and summer time in order to save electricity was introduced in 1981!

For a long time every year before the translation of the clock there were reports of news agencies about how beneficial or harmful such restructuring of biorhythms is for people, and how insignificant actually the notorious saving of electricity. And so the bill was passed, according to which Russia stayed in the summer time, which caused a storm of resentment among specialists - in fact now all of Russia is ahead of the time zone for an hour, and some of its regions - for two! This means that noon now in some cities comes at 10 am.

However, the subject of time calculation did not remain closed. In 2012, the State Duma introduced a bill on the transition to winter time, but it did not pass. And in early 2013, rumors started circulating that Russia will move to the time of the world, and this will be done with the transfer of the shooter. Vladimir Putin even promised to conduct a study of the opinions of citizens and bring the calculation of time in line with it, since the fact that the existing order does not like the majority is obvious. However, no specific decisions have been made so far, so it's too early to rejoice.

Following Russia, from the problem of when to translate the watch, Ukraine decided to get rid: in the fall of 2012 it was planned that the transition would be the last, but in spring there were so many disgruntled that the clock still moved.

It is believed that adaptation to the new time occurs in humans for 2-3 weeks. We can not notice this, but the next morning after the clock is translated, it becomes a powerful shake-up for the organism, forcing it to rebuild its biorhythms. And the body experiences such stress twice a year! So is it really that millions of sleepy and embittered workers are worth saving a few percent of the cost of electricity?

In the meantime, the question of when to shift watches to winter time in Russia, has no answer. Russians are forced to live against the natural change of day and night - to get up before dawn and go to bed after sunset.

If the cancellation of the transfer of the shooters did not take place, then another transition would occur on the night of March 30-31.

Until now, residents of dozens of countries around the globe have been tormented twice a year with questions about when to translate the watch, and when it will finally end. In the CIS, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan refused to change the time zone, and in 2005, Georgia too.

Basically, the arrows are translated by Europeans and North Americans - in Africa they do so only in three countries, in Asia this measure is also not too popular. Thus, everything goes to the fact that the time when to translate the clock twice a year was necessary will soon be a thing of the past for all states. The specialists proved that the energy saving is negligible and is compensated for when the arrows return to the place in the spring. Even the argument that as a result of the transition people live in winter in accordance with the light day, does not sound solid, because there are already studies that show that immediately after the transfer of arrows the number of calls to doctors increases.
