And for those who have never tried it, it will be a real discovery in the world of sweets.

So, the cake basket, previously called a tartlet, is a round or oval, baked most often from a short pastry cup - a basket that is filled with a variety of stuffing and decorated with cream, fruit, jelly or candied fruit. The basket itself is the cake case, it is baked in special metal molds with corrugated (corrugated) walls. Let's start culinary actions.

Necessary ingredients:

For better compliance put it in the refrigerator for several hours. After the dough cools, it must be divided into small balls. Next, we distribute them by shape, leaving the middle empty for further filling. Bake in preheated oven to 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.

And when the baskets are baked, do not waste time and start creating a cream. To a steep foam, beat the whites, add sugar and continue to beat until a thick, uniform mass is obtained. From the molds we remove the baked baskets, we cool, and on the bottom of each we put a spoonful of jam or jam. Using a pastry syringe or a bag, fill the baskets with cream. A cake basket is ready for use.

Of all the variety of these cakes in their filling, it is these that are loved by children, adults, and especially women, because they are much "lighter" for their relatives. And if you want to pamper the family and guests, then the original cake basket (recipe with fresh fruit) - this is what you need.

For this recipe, you will need:

  • Eggs - 2 pieces;
  • Sugar - 100 grams;
  • Flour - 200 grams;
  • Butter - 100 grams;
  • salt;
  • Apples - 2 pieces;
  • Kiwi - 2 pieces;
  • Tangerines - 2 pieces;
  • Jelly with lemon flavor - 1 pack.

Mix the short pastry and for this you need to combine sugar, butter and eggs, add flour and mix well. Also put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. In the meantime, we prepare the fruit - we divide the mandarins into slices, cut apples into thin slices, and kiwis in slices. We bake baskets in special molds, not forgetting to leave free space in the middle. In the baked goods, we lay out the fruit beautifully, and then with a confectionery brush, grease them with jelly from above. Very nice and very tasty!

And you can cook a useful and delicious treat for children - a cake basket with curd cream. Such a dessert will look great on any children's holiday. And the fruits for it will suit any, both seasonally and tastefully.

To prepare the dough, you need:

  • Sugar - 100 grams;
  • Flour - 200 grams;
  • Egg - 1 piece;
  • Yolk of 2 eggs;
  • Margarine - 120 grams;
  • Baking powder - 1ch;
  • vanillin.

For the cream you will need:

  • Sweet cheese - 2 pieces;
  • Weight of baby cheese - 250gram.

And also fruits for decoration - 200 gr.

Mix the dough - combine the flour with a baking powder and margarine, grated on a large grater. The resulting mass of rubbing hands, until the formation of small crumbs. Separately whisk yolks, sugar, eggs and vanillin. This mixture is poured into crumbs and mixed. We knead the dough and put it in the refrigerator for one hour. Chilled dough is divided according to the number of molds into 10-12 parts and beautifully put in them the resulting blanks.

Bake cakes for about 25 minutes at 180 degrees. Ready-made baskets should be allowed to cool completely and get them out of molds. Next, mix the curds and cheese mass, fill this mixture with a basket, and decorate with pieces of fruit from above.
