Baking from cottage cheese takes a significant place among culinary products. Cakes, casseroles, cheesecakes, cheese cakes - it's not all the list of dishes that can be cooked in the oven from this product. And, before proceeding to recipes and advice, let's pay attention to the benefits that the person gives us food from cottage cheese:

For the same reason, after baking, it can decrease in the center, so it is necessary to provide a gradual decrease in temperature around it, and even better - leave it in the oven until its temperature drops.

So, what can be done from cottage cheese?

Baking cottage cheese will be a wonderful decoration of the festive table, incarnating, for example, in a cake, the recipe of which is described below.

Cake "Evening Fantasy"

Ingredients: 800 g cottage cheese, 300 g wheat sifted flour, 150 ml cream, 250 g sl. Butter, 3 yolks and protein, a glass of sugar, a tablespoon of starch, 30 mg of cognac and 50 g of prunes, cherries and almonds.

Shred the oil and mix it with flour. Then add 1/3 of cream, half a glass of sand and 3 yolks. Vigorously knead the dough, then put it for half an hour in the fridge, after wrapping it - this will prevent it from appearing crust.

In the meantime, carefully knead the cottage cheese, add the remaining cream, sugar, eggs and butter to it. Fall asleep starch and vanillin. Mix everything.

Prunes and cherries should be thoroughly rinsed, separate the stones and keep for a few minutes in steep boiling water. Then chop and together with cognac and grated almonds add to the cottage cheese.

Dough, taken out of the refrigerator, roll out a rolling pin, put it into shape so that it covers its sides, and put the resulting curd mass there.

In a preheated oven, bake for 45 minutes, then leave the cake to cool.

There is also a more simple bake. From cottage cheese it is possible to make syrniki according to the following recipe:

Ingredients: 500 g cottage cheese, 60 g flour, vanillin and baking powder - half teaspoon, a handful of raisins, 2 chicken eggs.

Cottage cheese mix with flour and baking powder. Add salt and ground with vanillin and sugar eggs. Stir well and add the raisins. Add cheese cakes and put them in the oven for 40 minutes, until they appear a ruddy crust.

There is one more variety of cottage cheese products - cheesecake. Quite simple in execution, this baking of cottage cheese is familiar to every novice mistress.

Ingredients: cottage cheese - 400 g, flour - 500 g, one and a half cup sugar, 70 g butter, salt - ½ teaspoon, 3 eggs, sour cream - 150 g. In the flour put butter, which must be softened before, mix With a glass of sugar, salt, sour cream and 2 eggs. Knead the dough and send it for half an hour to the refrigerator. Then we make the filling: carefully rub the cottage cheese with the remaining sugar and egg and mix well. We remove the dough from the refrigerator and start rolling it out in such a way that its thickness is about 1 - 1.5 cm. From the obtained layer of dough, cut the circles and bend their edges. In the resulting forms, we impose a curd filling and lay out on a baking tray, previously lined with parchment for baking. The oven is required to warm up to 200 degrees and send there cheesecake for 20 minutes. To cottage cheese after baking is not an ass, cover the products with a towel and avoid the appearance of drafts.
