To prepare a sweet miracle, we will need: a liter of medium-fat milk, 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice, 150 g of sugar, 350 ml of warm water. We cook the cottage cheese, which the Hindus call "panir": we bring the liter of milk to a boil, turn it off, slowly pour lemon juice into it, mix it and wait for a few minutes. Separate cottage cheese filter from whey through gauze, rinse with running water, squeeze.

We put the finished paneer on the board, merge it well until smooth, and cut into small balls with a diameter of 2 cm. We dissolve 150 g of sugar in 300 g of water, bring it to a boil, boil for 5-7 minutes. In the process of cooking, the balls will increase one and a half or two times, there must be a distance between them.

In the ready hot syrup we lower the balls, cook for 12-15 minutes. Close the pan, put it in cold water and leave for a day - during this time the cottage cheese balls will be soaked with syrup. You can use berry or fruit syrups, then the rasagullas will acquire a bright color and aroma.

What can you cook from cottage cheese without spending a lot of time? Lazy dumplings are an easy and tasty dish, ideal for breakfast.

For lazy dumplings we need a pound of cottage cheese, a couple of eggs and about a glass of flour. From cottage cheese, flour and eggs knead the dough. It should not be steep, you need a little flour, otherwise the cheese taste will not be felt. The dough is divided into small balls with a diameter of 1.5 cm.

Boil water, dip the balls and cook until they are doubled. Put on a plate, pour with melted butter, salted sour cream or yogurt.
