Sweets for tea: gingerbread. The recipe for gingerbread lovers

In our family, the ceremony of tea drinking is one of the most adored and revered traditions. For tea, we always try to buy or cook something delicious, whether it's a cake, a piece of cake, drying or gingerbread.

Recently, we prefer not to buy, but to cook sweets on our own. It's funny, but no matter how easy it was to get them in the store, cooking at home is much more fun, fun and tastier. Can anything be more delicious than a treat cooked by the whole family?

We really like to cook gingerbread, we often experiment with new recipes. I must say that the gingerbread cookies are very tasty, which is celebrated not only by us, but also by our guests. Here are some favorite recipes.

"Home" gingerbread: recipe first

Components:

Kefir (1l);

Sugar (800 g);

Vegetable oil (8 liters);

Soda, extinguished with vinegar (4 tsp to 4 tsp);

Flour (how many will take the dough);

Water (1/2 cup) and sugar (1 glass) for syrup;

2 protein, whipped with sugar (100 g) and citric acid (pinch) for glaze.

Preparation

Combining all the ingredients, knead the dough (it should not stick to the hands) and roll it out (one finger thick). With the help of a conventional glass, we cut out the circles (these are the future gingerbread) from the dough. Pre-covered with parchment paper baking tray filled with dough and sent to the oven. Do not cook them too long to not overdry.

Remove the gingerbread from the baking tray, cool them, then dip into warm syrup, then let stand for about 10 minutes. In this period of time, prepare the glaze, which then we will lower the gingerbread. They should already be soaked with syrup. Gingerbread we send to the oven for 5 (or 10) minutes, spread out on the grate. At a temperature of 100 degrees the glaze will dry, after which you can prepare the tea - the gingerbread cookies are ready.

One nuance: when preparing syrup, you can add a little ginger or cinnamon.

Gingerbread from the specified amount of ingredients is obtained a lot, so you can reduce each of the components when cooking.

Syrup and icing - not an obligatory moment, you can eliminate it from the cooking process.

"Marble" gingerbread: recipe for the second

Components:

Sugar (500 g, plus a glass for making glaze);

Kefir (0,5 l);

2 eggs (plus two proteins for making glaze);

Soda, slaked with vinegar (teaspoon);

Vegetable oil (3 tbsp.);

Cocoa (2 tea);

a pinch of salt;

Flour (1.2 kg).

Preparation. With the exception of cocoa and flour, the ingredients are mixed and separated from the resulting mass by a third. In it, add cocoa (the powder should be dark, saturated color). Add flour, we got two pieces of dough: large (without cocoa) and small (with cocoa). Each of them is turned into sausage and cut into pieces (they must be the same).

Roll out each piece. Now we form a cake, alternating light and dark circles (start with light and finish them the same). Further, the "layered" flat cake is rolled out with a rolling pin, the thickness of the layer is one and a half centimeters.

Now take a glass and cut out the circles (this will be the gingerbread), put them on a baking sheet and send them to the oven. The temperature is 180 degrees, the cooking time is 20 minutes. Yes, the baking sheet before filling it with gingerbread, do not forget to grease with oil.

Finished gingerbread cook a little (they should be slightly warm) and pour glaze.

"Chocolate" gingerbread: recipe for the third

Components:

Honey (about 100 g);

Sugar powder (50 g for the dough plus 100 g for the filling);

Butter (50 g);

Eggs (1 for dough plus two for filling);

Vanilla powder (teaspoon);

Soda, cinnamon, hazelnut, cocoa (a teaspoon of each ingredient);

Flour (300 g);

Starch (tablespoon);

Chocolate (30 g white plus 150 g dark);

Preparation

Liquid honey, soft butter and sugar beat up, add eggs, whisk again. Mix the flour with cinnamon, cocoa and soda.

Mix the honey mixture gradually with flour, kneading soft dough. It should be put in a food film (or an ordinary package) and placed in a refrigerator for 24 hours.

After the specified time, get the dough from the refrigerator and roll it out (the thickness of the layer is about 3 mm). Cut out the squares (6 by 6 cm).

Nuts grind in a blender and mix with starch, egg and powdered sugar. This stuffing. We spread it on squares, from above with an empty square. We spread them on a pan covered with parchment paper and send it to a heated oven for 190 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

I must say that gingerbread (the recipe of which is described above), however, like many others, are very delicious. And even those who do not classify themselves as sweethearts, can also choose a recipe for the soul. Moreover, there are gingerbread, which you can eat even during fasting. These are the so-called lean gingerbread, their recipe is quite simple.

Ingredients: 2.5 cups of flour, ¾ cup of water, 1.5 cups of sugar, a teaspoon of soda and a tablespoon of vegetable oil.

Preparation. Sugar and water are used to make syrup, which, when cooled, add vanilla sugar, soda, vegetable oil and sifted flour. Quickly kneading the dough, leave it indoors for half an hour.

After the specified time, the dough is rolled into a bundle, cut into the same parts and form balls from them. We spread them on a baking tray, oiled, and we put the cakes into shape, pressing them lightly with a knife. Leave them for fifteen minutes, and then put in the oven. Within eight minutes we cook gingerbread at 180 degrees.

In general, the existing recipes, following which you can prepare gingerbread, are striking in their number and variety. There are some among them that can be prepared using "side" products, which are not widely used. For example, gingerbread on brine, which can also be cooked during the fast.

Ingredients: Pickle from marinated cucumbers or tomatoes (glass), vegetable oil (glass), teaspoon of soda, 3 teaspoons of lemon juice (for soda quenching), 3.5 cups of flour.

Preparation. We knead a smooth, elastic dough, the width of the layer is approximately equal to one centimeter. With the help of a glass we cut out dough circles. If we want to make sweet gingerbread, lubricate dough circles (one side) with sugar mixed with vanillin. If you do not want sweet cakes - grease with grated cheese mixed with dried paprika (this option is not lean).

Preparing for about ten minutes in the oven, heated to 250 degrees.

Gingerbread is very delicious and does not require special culinary skills. In a word, you can prepare a real masterpiece, if, of course, very much want it.
