Ingredients:

  • Sour cream - 100 g;

  • Butter - 100 g;
  • Thick jam - 150 g;
  • Sifted flour - 200 g.

Melt butter and cool to room temperature, add soda and sour cream. In small portions, pour in the flour, gradually kneading the dough. Wrap the short dough in food film and leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Chocolate and cherry

Ingredients:

  • Sour cream - 200 g;

Without sour cream and eggs

  • Sugar or powdered sugar - 80 g;
  • Flour - 170 g;
  • Butter (cream) or margarine - 120 g;
  • Starch - 40 g;
  • Baking powder - 0,5 tsp;
  • Vanillin - one pinch.

Without eggs and sour cream bagels are obtained no less tasty and crumbly. Combine the starch, baking powder and sugar together.
