After the end of all cooking, and after the meat has been faded for half an hour, each piece can be carefully wrapped in foil (so that the juice does not drain when baked) and put it on a pre-oiled baking sheet. Next, the question is not what to cook from a chicken, but how long to do it: large pieces or a small cut bird should be baked for two to two and a half hours, and the whole carcass - up to three hours, depending on Sizes. When the time runs out, the baking tray can be reached, gently unfolded hot foil and put a delicious dish on a beautiful plate, decorated with a leaf of lettuce and fresh vegetables.
