After all, not only that you need to spend a lot of time preparing a large number of dishes, they should also be served in a festive way, so that everyone becomes a real decoration. As a rule, by the time the guests arrive, the festive table is already covered. But on it initially there are only cold snacks. It is for this reason that the cook first of all thinks about what to prepare a salad for the festive table. Recipe it should be selected in such a way that it turned out not only delicious, but also effective. Ideally, it should also be useful, but not everyone is worried about this. Modern housewives first of all are interested in brand new salads on the festive table. Although some of them, no doubt, can benefit the body.

"Blonde" salad

The dish is difficult to call dietary due to the presence of ingredients such as fried potatoes and cooked sausage. On the other hand, thanks to a rather unusual appearance, the salad will certainly decorate the table. It can be prepared as a portion for each guest, and in a common dish. And time for its creation will not take much, which is an excellent reason to prepare this salad for the festive table. Its recipe is extremely simple and accessible.

3 medium potatoes fry by rubbing them previously on a large grater. You can buy ready-made fried potatoes with straws (without additives), then 1 pack will suffice. In addition, you need 4 medium tomatoes, about 100 grams of hard cheese and 150 grams of cooked sausage. For refueling take 200 g of mayonnaise and a little garlic.

Preparation begins with sauce. Mayonnaise is mixed with garlic passed through the press. Then, the washed tomatoes are cut into thin rings and placed on the bottom of each salad or dish. Behind them comes sausage, cut into thin straws, then - grated cheese, and on top you need to pour out fried potatoes, forming the "blonde hair". Each layer, except the last one, is smeared with sauce. You can immediately serve the prepared dish on the table.

Light salad on the festive table

Some people believe that a diet dish can not be tasty, and are mistaken. In fact, you can even make a light salad for the festive table. The recipe for one of these dishes allows you to put it on the table in half an hour.

The ingredients used in it are extremely useful. On the can of canned tuna should take 4 medium potatoes, a small onion, 200 grams of cherry tomatoes and 400 g of string beans (you can use frozen). For refueling you will need salt, 3 tablespoons of wine vinegar and as much olive oil, dried fennel to taste.

Potatoes and beans must be boiled (separately from each other) in salted water. While the vegetables cool down, prepare the sauce by mixing in a small deep pot of oil with salt, dill and vinegar, then whisk the mass with a whisk.

Next, potatoes are cut into large cubes, chopped onions very finely, beans (if whole pods) are divided into 2-3 parts, tomatoes - in half. Tuna should be gently kneaded with a fork into several pieces and combine all the ingredients. After that, they should be mixed and poured with sauce.

Salad for the festive table (recipe with apricots)

This dish can be prepared if you want to surprise guests with an unusual combination of ingredients. Half a kilo of fresh apricots (you can replace and pickled) take 400 g of boiled chicken breast, several large leaves of green salad and a large unsweetened apple. For refueling, you will need 3 spoons of mayonnaise and sour cream, salt and sugar to taste, and to decorate a few chopped walnuts.

The apple should be peeled, the apricots separated from the stone and cut rather finely. Chicken breast is divided into fibers. For the sauce, mayonnaise is mixed with sour cream, salt and add a little sugar. On a large dish you need to put salad leaves. Apples, meat and apricots mix with sauce and place on top, decorating with nuts.
