Prepare salads with pine nuts or a salad with walnuts

Seeds of Siberian pine pine contain up to 68% of fats, lots of potassium of phosphorus and magnesium, and also other useful microelements and vitamins. Adding to the nuts a simple set of products you can prepare 4 servings of a very tasty salad:

  • 3 tablespoons cedar nuts.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil.
  • 1 table spoon of lemon juice, always fresh.
  • Salt food and freshly ground pepper.
  • 2 sheets of Belgian endive (chicory) cut thin.
  • 180 g of arugula, tear with hands (thick stems discarded).
  • Cherry tomatoes are cut in half.
  • 1/4 cup shavings of Parmesan cheese.

In a small frying pan, fry the minutes 4 until the golden color of the pine nuts on a moderately low heat. The frying pan is shaken from time to time. Transfer the pine nuts onto a plate to cool them. In a large bowl mix the butter with lemon juice, season with salt and pepper. Add chicory, rukkola, stir, decorate with tomatoes, top spread the shavings of Parmesan cheese. Salad with arugula and salad chicory (otherwise called endive) is ready! Serve immediately.

Especially useful and necessary salads with pine nuts to children or the elderly. These nuts are not rare and exotic, like cashews or others. Sprinkle them with any salad, the benefits will be unquestionable. For example, for 6-8 servings of salad with currant will require:

  • 2 table spoons of dried currant berries.
  • 7 tablespoons of white balsamic vinegar.
  • 1 tablespoon tablespoon rice vinegar unguarded.
  • 1 tablespoon of honey.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil.
  • 1 tablespoon tea leaves.
  • 400 g of Tuscan cabbage, stems and coarse veins are removed, the leaves are thinly sliced.
  • 2 tablespoons of slightly roasted cedar nuts.
  • Chopping of Parmesan cheese.

The currant is spread in a small bowl, add 5 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar. They leave the night. Drain the liquid from the currant. In a large bowl, mix the remaining 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, with rice vinegar, honey, butter and salt. Add cabbage, currants and pine nuts, mix and put into a salad bowl, cover with a lid. Leave for marinade for 20 minutes at room temperature, mix from time to time. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Salad ready!

In salads with pine nuts, you can add avocado. A very tasty and useful salad for all members of the family, including pregnant women, can be prepared from products:

  • 2 medium tomatoes, chopped.
  • 1 head of green salad, cut into small pieces.
  • Leaves of red salad, tearing their hands.
  • 1 large avocado, clean and cut.
  • 1/3 thin glass of toasted pine nuts.
  • ¼ cup of grated mozzarella cheese.
  • 4 tablespoons white wine vinegar.
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil.
  • 1½ tablespoons of Dijon mustard.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Ingredients for the sauce (vinegar, butter, mustard, pepper and salt) are placed in a blender and mixed well. Put in the refrigerator for cooling. Prepare the ingredients of the salad and mix with the cooled sauce. Cedar nuts salad is served immediately.

At dinner, a salad with a walnut will be appropriate. Recipes of many salads are known to any hostess. It is easy to prepare a dish with arugula and Roman salad, you will need:

  • 2 cups of leaves of arugula, washed and torn with hands.
  • 2 lettuce lettuce (Roman salad), cut into large pieces.
  • 4 sheets of lettuce.
  • 1 glass of faceted walnuts, halved, slightly roasted.
  • 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar.
  • ½ cup olive oil.
  • ½ teaspoon of tea.
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper (coarse grinding).
  • 1 glass of blue cheese, it is crushed for salad.

Leaves of lettuce spread in a dish. Mix rukkola and Roman salad, spread this mixture on the leaves, completely covering the bottom of the dish. Nuts are placed evenly on top. Pour the vinegar into a small bowl and whisk, slowly adding olive oil. Season the sauce with salt and pepper, then add the crumbs of blue cheese. Sauce and cheese evenly watered lettuce.
