There will be enough three to four denticles per kilogram of carrots. Add three spoons of 9% vinegar to the salad and stir. Pour into a skillet with a thick bottom five tablespoons of olive oil. For complete authenticity, you can take soy, but it will be harder to find. On high heat, heat oil to white steam, add a spoonful of paprika into it and fry for a minute, reducing fire. The oil will be filled with an incredible aroma, and the pepper slightly reduces the spiciness. Cut half a medium-sized bulb, fry it to a golden hue, then strain the oil. Onions do not need to be put on ready-made carrots, it can negatively affect the taste of the dish, so that there should not be any pieces left in the oil. With the resulting oil, pour the carrots and mix. The appetizer is ready. But you need to be able not only to understand how to prepare a Korean carrot in the home, but also to wait before using it at least a day. Only after a while the taste of the dish will be fully revealed.

To diversify the taste of this snack, you can add a little oil, sugar, ground pepper, soy sauce, tomato paste, sesame or coriander. Each of the components in its own way will change the taste of the prepared dish, so it's possible to experiment with additives and their combinations for a long time. You can use carrots not only as an independent salad, but also as a side dish to meat or fish, stewed vegetables or boiled potatoes. It is possible to serve the salad beautifully on the fresh cabbage leaves. In addition, for a more festive and refined option before serving in the dish, you can add roast chicken, meat, fish or seafood, fresh cabbage, beets, pineapple or celery.
