Salad is, perhaps, the simplest dish that every housewife can cook. Cut the food and make a dressing is very simple, you just need to decide on the ingredients. Salad with rusk and beans: a recipe with mushrooms

For those who prefer vegetarian dishes, this recipe will come in handy, since this salad contains a large number of proteins, at the same time, almost no fat. It is delicious, hearty and may well replace the second course at lunch. For him, take:

  • An incomplete glass of dry beans (for salad it must be boiled) or a jar of canned;
  • 1 salted or pickled cucumber;
  • 2 medium carrots;
  • 2 heads of onions;
  • 150 g of boiled mushrooms - chanterelles or champignons;
  • A couple of slices of black bread for crackers;
  • Mayonnaise for refueling;
  • Sunflower oil for roasting.

Cook the beans if you prefer to cook it yourself. Then finely chop the onions and grate the carrots on a large grater. These vegetables need to be fried separately from each other in vegetable oil, and then add to the beans. Mushrooms are also required to fry, but if you use champignons, they can not be boiled, but simply cut into fresh form with neat slices and browned with vegetable oil. When the mushrooms are ready, they also need to put in a common salad bowl, which has already been placed beans, carrots and onions. Next for taste, add the salted cucumber, diced. Salad is almost ready, it needs to be salted to taste, pepper and season with mayonnaise, and in the dietary variant - sour cream. The dish will turn out even more tasty, if before serving, pour a handful of rye breadcrumbs into it - cut the black bread into small slices and dry it in the oven, although, of course, you can take ready-made croutons from the store. Add crunchy bread at the last minute before serving, otherwise the crackers will get wet, become not too tasty and unpleasant in appearance.

Sour salad with croutons and beans: a recipe with sausage

If you prefer meat dishes, you can prepare a salad, for example, with sausage. It will turn out to be very nutritious, tasty, with a pronounced meat color. The male half of your family will love this combination. For cooking, you will need:

  • 400 g of beans (this is just one pot);
  • 3 boiled chicken eggs;
  • 100 g sausage - you can take cooked, or you can smoked;
  • 1 fresh cucumber;
  • 1 packet of crackers or a couple of slices of bread (sliced), which should be browned in the oven;
  • A little greens to taste;
  • A couple of tablespoons of mayonnaise for refueling.

Beans from a jar can be thrown in a colander and rinse, drain excess liquid. Then cut all the ingredients into cubes, by the way, it will be unusual if you take a sausage of several varieties for a dish. Mix everything together, add greens, for example dill, salt, pepper and season with mayonnaise. Above, the dish can be decorated with breadcrumbs, and before serving, mix them with the rest of the ingredients of the dish. Here is a simple salad with beans and croutons and sausages - all the most favorite and satisfying foods in one plate. If you want to make a dish a bit "dietier", then instead of mayonnaise, you can add classic yogurt (without fillers) or sour cream. These fillings will not spoil the taste of the salad, but only slightly reduce its calorific value.

Original salad with croutons and beans: recipe with chicken

If at you from a dinner there were pieces of boiled or Fried poultry, then for dinner it is quite possible to serve such a dish. Get out of your stocks:

  • 1 can of beans;
  • 200 g chicken fillet without skin and bones;
  • One onion;
  • fresh cucumber;
  • 100 g of soft cheese;
  • A little parsley (take half a bunch);
  • 1 red Bulgarian pepper;
  • For refueling, take 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, vegetable oil, a pair of cloves of garlic;
  • 1 packet of ready-made crumbs or 2 slices of bread, which must be cut into cubes and dried in the oven.

First, in a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil, fry the chicken fillet cut into small pieces together with the crumbled onion. Then add a couple of teaspoons of soy sauce. In a large salad bowl, put chicken, beans, finely chopped cucumber and parsley, as well as other ingredients - chopped sweet peppers and diced (or grated) cheese. Pepper, salt, add a teaspoon of lemon juice and squeezed garlic. Stir everything. Before serving, decorate the dish with breadcrumbs. Salad with beans and croutons and chicken is ready, it remains only to please the new home with a delicious dish.
