  • Canned peas - 1 pot.
  • Garlic - 2 cloves.

  • Mustard - 5 grams.
  • Vinegar (3%) - 15 grams.
  • Pepper and salt - to taste.

Cooking method

  1. In a saucepan pour 3 liters of water, bring it to a boil. After that, put the root of parsley in boiling water. Add vinegar and salt. Put the pieces of fish into the prepared brine. Cook should be about 15 minutes. Then let it cool, peel off the skin and bones and cut into medium pieces.
  2. Jar with green peas open and drain the marinade.
  3. Rinse the mushrooms (marinated) in running cold water and cut into medium pieces.
  4. Pepper red Bulgarian peel off the seeds, rinse in running cold water and cut into small pieces.
