Cooking a bean salad with cheese

The use of beans for digestion and the development of the immune system has long been proven. It contains fiber, magnesium, phosphorus, vitamin E and many other useful substances. Especially this plant of the legume family is irreplaceable for vegetarians and people who want to lose weight. In addition, it must be said that the bean salad with cheese is easy to prepare and unusually tasty.

To prepare this dish, you can use not only canned, but also fresh beans of a variety of varieties. Since the recipes of this dish are quite large, the necessary ingredients can also be different, because both beans and cheese are combined to taste not only with practically all vegetables, but also with meat, sausages and many other products.

So, for a festive table, you can prepare a bean salad with cheese and ham. In addition to the main ingredients, you need a couple of apples, a clove of garlic and mayonnaise. Beans are better to take red, canned in its own juice. Ham and cheese are cut into small cubes. The apple is peeled and cut into pieces, approximately in size with the rest of the ingredients. All is mixed, beans are added, pressed garlic and dressed with mayonnaise.

For the next recipe, which prepares a salad of beans with cheese, you can take boiled beans. To do this, it is pre-soaked for the night, after which it is cooked for about two hours. In addition, you will need a processed cheese and a package of crab sticks, which are cut into pieces similar in size to beans. Sweet Bulgarian pepper is washed, the core is removed from it, and the remaining is cut into small squares. The ingredients are mixed, slightly salted, gently mixed. Mayonnaise is laid out on them with a slide. You can decorate a salad with parsley sticks or dill.

Very tasty and satisfying it turns out a salad from a string bean in a tomato. The simplest recipe is the following. Roasted onions and carrots are added to the beans from which the liquid is drained. Add crushed walnuts and grated cheese, a little lemon juice. You can fill this salad with tomato, fused from beans, or with a small amount of mayonnaise. In addition, it is also possible to add chopped ham and chopped boiled eggs.

If there is a string bean (preferably a young one), then you can make a bean salad with cheese and celery. To this end, beans and celery are cooked until half cooked. The chopped onions are passaged for a while in sunflower oil, after which several spoons of tomato paste, a pinch of salt, a teaspoon of sugar and vinegar are added here. For a few minutes everything is left on fire. Celery is peeled and cut into small cubes, mixed with beans, topped with grated cheese. Dressing salad with a cool sauce, topped with crushed herbs.

Fresh vegetable taste has a salad of beans and cabbage. To do this, it is better to take a cauliflower, cut it into several parts and boil for about 10 minutes in salted water. After that cabbage is shredded into small strips, to it is added canned beans and green peas. 2-3 boiled eggs are cut into cubes, the greens are crushed, everything is added to the salad and seasoned with juice from half a lemon and a small amount of sour cream.

Original taste have bean salads, which are added mushrooms (you can take pickled, fried, dry or fresh). Such a dish will not only taste good, but also contain a large amount of protein, which is important for vegetarians or people holding fasting.
