  • Cinnamon stick - 1-2 pieces;
  • Cherry (fresh, frozen or canned) - about 1 kg;
  • Wine dry red - about 750 ml;
  • White sugar - about 180-250 g;
  • Water without gas mineral or filtered - approximately 250 ml;
  • Essence of almond - dessert spoon;
  • Cream low-fat - about 250 ml;
  • Sour cream is thick - 250 g.

According to the recipe, red Hungarian soup can be served to guests both in chilled and hot form. We decided to use the first option, so after a short brew of berries they placed the dish in the refrigerator. After a couple of hours, the soup with berries will become usable.
