Raffaello salad turns out to be as delicate and delicious as a dessert with a similar name. This puff dish can be prepared from different ingredients. Today we will consider the simplest and most affordable recipe, which includes boiled chicken fillet and fried mushrooms.

Required products:

  • Semi-hard cheese "Olttermani" - 160 g;
  • Egg of usual size chicken (boiled) - 3 pieces;
  • Carrots boiled (you can take the Korean spicy) - 140 g;
  • Fresh mushrooms (it's better to buy champignons) - 270 g;
  • Fillet chicken boiled - 300 g;
  • Salt, cooked - added when processing components;
  • Bulbs on the middle - 2 pcs .;
  • Mayonnaise low-calorie - to smear layers at discretion;
  • Refined sunflower oil - 60 ml (for frying mushrooms and onions).

To make the Raffaello salad tender and delicious, it is better to buy chilled chicken breasts for its preparation. They should be washed, boiled in a salty broth, and then cooled, cleaned of skin, bones, cut into pieces and finely divided by hands on fibers.

Also, Raffaello salad includes fleshy mushrooms. We decided to use for this dish only fresh mushrooms of small sizes. They need to be washed, cut into small cubes, and then fried until a brownish crust appears along with the onion. It is recommended to use refined sunflower oil for heat treatment.

In addition to meat, champignons and onions, Raffaello salad with chicken includes ingredients such as carrots and chicken eggs. The latter should be washed, boiled, and then cooled and cleaned. Then the products must be rubbed on a large grater. Exactly the same should be done with the semisolid "Olttermani" cheese.

Making a dish

Form a salad "Raffaello" can be in many ways. Let's consider each of the options in more detail.

1. You should take a shallow plate, and then lay the following products on it: chicken fillet, fried mushrooms with onions, boiled carrots, chicken eggs and grated semi-hard cheese. In this case it is worth noting that each ingredient (except the last one) must be smeared with mayonnaise of low fat content.

2. All the prepared ingredients, in addition to grated cheese, must be mixed in a large bowl, flavored with mayonnaise, and then roll the balls and roll them in a crushed dairy product. After that, they must be put in a bowl in a deep dish. On top of the salad it is desirable to sprinkle with grated cheese once more.
