How to pump the pectoral muscles of the house - exercises.

When lowering your hands, squeeze gently, and then unbend them abruptly. This type of exercise is done first to warm up the muscles. Strive to do three times for 20-25 push-ups.

Make sure that the case is straight, and do push-ups. This exercise is the main one for the development of pectoral muscles. You should do 4 sets of 10-20 repetitions.

Push-up with stretching. To better develop the pectoral muscles, it is necessary to perform stretching exercises. For these exercises, place the two chairs so that when they rest with their hands they are at the level of the collarbone and slightly wider than the shoulders. The legs should be thrown on the sofa and it is desirable that it is higher than the level of the chairs. It is necessary to sink deeply with a straight hull while squeezing, until you feel a slight pain in your chest, and the muscles are stretched, so they will grow afterwards. Hands open quickly as you exhale. You need to do 4 approaches, and the number of repetitions depends on your physical shape.
