Salad from chicken navels: a recipe for Korean cuisine

Necessary ingredients:

  • 1 tsp. Sahara;
  • Soy sauce (optional);
  • 0,7 kg of chicken navels;
  • 2 sweet peppers;
  • Average carrots;
  • Green coriander - half of the beam;
  • A little vinegar;
  • Cucumbers - 2 pieces;
  • 3 cloves garlic;
  • Two medium bulbs;
  • spice.

Preparation:

  1. We begin with the purification of the navel. We wash them with water from the tap. Remove the inner film. Transfer to a pan with water. We cook about 40 minutes. When the navels are cooked, we cool them and cut them into strips.
  2. Now you need to pickle the vegetables. Pepper, carrots and cucumbers are washed and crushed (preferably straw). We remove the husks from one bulb, the second is removed to the side. Flesh cut into half rings. We put all these vegetables in a deep bowl. Sprinkle with sugar and pour vinegar. Well, let's mow the vegetables to make the juice stand out. Then leave them for 15-20 minutes. During this time they will marinate.
  3. We take a deep salad bowl. We put into it the crushed navels and vegetables. Sprinkle with soy sauce. Stirring. The resulting mass must be collected by a slide. On top, put the garlic, passed through a special press. But that is not all.
  4. The remaining bulb is cleaned and crushed in cubes. We send it to the frying pan. Fry, using oil. For the flavor, add a little red pepper (ground). Pour the contents of the frying pan on garlic. Our chicken salad salad is ready. It remains only to decorate it with chopped cilantro. Vinegar, pepper and salt can add to your liking. Have a nice appetite!

Salad with chicken onions and onions

Grocery list:

  • 200 g of Korean carrots;
  • 2 lemons;
  • 300 g of chicken navel;
  • Two medium bulbs;
  • A little mayonnaise (any fat content).

Cooking Instructions

Step 1. Put the navel in a pot of water. You can salt it. Boil them until ready. Usually it takes 2 hours. Chicken navels become soft and tender in taste.

Step 2. Remove the husks from the bulbs. Flesh cut into quarters. Fold in a jar (0,5 l). Then squeeze out the juice from two lemons. Close the container with a lid, then shake the contents well. This should be repeated several times, so that the pieces of onions are soaked with juice.

Step number 3. We welded and cooled down navels with straw. We send it to a salad bowl. There we put Korean carrots. It can be made at home or bought in the nearest supermarket.

Step 4. From the can we take the pickled onions. We filter it from lemon juice. Add to the plate to carrots and belly-button. Top with water mayonnaise. We mix it well. Salad from chicken navel can be served to the table. As decorations fringed parsley or parsley.
