  • Table salt - 2 large spoons;
  • Pepper black pepper - add at discretion;
  • Sugar beet - 4 large spoons.

  • A carrot juicy - about 800 g;
  • Table salt - 2 large spoons;
  • Bulgarian pepper - 7 large pcs .;
  • Sugar beet - about 1 cup
  • Sunflower oil - approximately 400 ml;
  • 9% table vinegar - about 100 ml.

How in the house to prepare a winter salad of cucumbers and tomatoes with Bulgarian pepper? For the winter, this snack is done in stages. First of all, vegetables are processed. They are thoroughly washed in hot water, and then cleaned from the peel, pedicels and other inedible elements. After this, the products are crushed.

Fleshy tomatoes, pimby cucumbers, Bulgarian pepper and sweet onions are diced with cubes. As for carrots, it is rubbed on a Korean or usual large grater. After that, all the components are combined in one bowl, salt is added and properly hindered.

Winter salad of cucumbers with mustard is easy and simple. To begin with, vegetables are processed. Cucumbers shredded in circles, and cabbage - medium pieces (not straws). It is made as follows: sea salt, beet sugar, mustard grains and sunflower oil are added to the boiled water.
