Salad "Nisuaz" - French culinary chic

If a culinary dish is the subject of a cook-guru dispute for a century, what could be the best recommendation for cooking it? For 4 persons you will need 4 large sweet tomatoes, ½ large sweet pepper (preferably red), 3 eggs, 1 lettuce (lettuce is good), 3 bulbs, 8 anchovies in oil, 200 gr. String beans, 10 olives, 150 gr. Tuna in oil, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, lemon, 1 clove of garlic.

For refueling, take 7 tablespoons or 150 gr. Olive oil, garlic cloves, 8 leaves of basil, 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar, salt, pepper. If you want, you can add 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard.

Preparation start with refueling. In olive oil, add a crushed clove of garlic, chopped basil, vinegar and, if desired, mustard. Season to taste with salt, pepper, set aside to allow the dressing to brew well.

Take care of vegetables. Remember that the salad "Nisuaz" will only benefit if you choose the ripe and sweet fruits for it.

Boil the beans for 5 minutes in salt water. Then, throwing it into a colander, rinse with cool water. It will retain color and elasticity. Preheat the olive oil, add crushed garlic clove, beans, put out for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool completely. Cool the beans with a little olive oil and juice ½ lemon.

Salad disassemble on leaves, rinse, dry and tear into small pieces in a bowl. Cut tomatoes into 6 or 8 equal parts (depending on the size). Boil the eggs, peel and cut into quarters. Cut the onions into thin half rings. Too salty anchovies rinse or soak. Cut the olives in half. Pepper and cut into slices.
