Tablespoons sesame seeds, 2 table. Spoonful of vinegar (preferably apple), 2 table. Spoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sugar and a half teaspoon of red pepper. To enhance the taste, you can put half a teaspoon of sodium glutamate, but you can get by. When the ingredients are ready, proceed to the cooking process and set to cook the peeled and washed squid. In order not to digest them, throw squid carcasses into already boiling water and cook for 3-4 minutes, no more. After this, let the squids cool down a bit and cut them into thin straws. Cut the squid into a deep container and add crushed or squeezed garlic, pepper, sugar and sodium glutamate. Add the vinegar and soy sauce. After that, you need to pour in the same sesame, but beforehand you need to fry it a little in a dry frying pan, while constantly stirring. When the sesame is slightly fried, pour it into squid and mix it well. Now ready to make a sharp salad for half an hour in the refrigerator, so that it is infused and became even sharper and tastier. Before serving, re-mix everything well.
