Cabbage salad with apples

Soon the summer, which means that such a mixture will again be very relevant. Usually a cabbage salad with apples is not inspiring, and it seems to you that you all know about it. I will prove you the opposite. Try one of these salads, and you will understand that I was right.

Peking cabbage and apple salad

We somehow forget that there are many different types of cabbage. For this salad you will need:

  • A half of the average head of a cabbage cabbage
  • Apple (preferably green, sourish)
  • Small carrots
  • dill
  • Green onion
  • Vinegar (any) - I like apple, half a tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil (mustard, mmm)
  • Pepper, salt.

I cut cabbage with thin shavings. Apple and carrots I clean from the peel, I rub it.

I cut finely the greens.

I mix everything thoroughly. I mix vinegar with vegetable oil, water salad, salt and pepper to taste.

Cabbage shredded straw, except for a stump, of course. I do the same with pepper. Apples are cleaned and rubbed on a large grater (sprinkle with lemon juice so it does not darken).

Salad from cabbage, apples and shrimps

Seafood is always superbly combined with any light fruits and vegetables. I have a weakness for shrimp, so there are so many recipes with them in my arsenal, and I gladly share with you one more.

Ingredients:

  • Peeled boiled shrimps - 150-200g
  • White cabbage - 150g
  • an Apple
  • Average cucumber.

For refueling:

  • Natural yoghurt - 100ml
  • Grated peel from half a lemon
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Half a teaspoon of curry
  • A tablespoon of finely chopped basil
  • salt.

Cabbage thinly shiny stripes, I rub the apple large and sprinkle with lemon juice, cucumber I cut thin straws. I add prawns, I mix, I spread in a salad bowl.

I make the fill, fill the salad and mix it gently. The perfect combination of products!

Salad "Gentle"

This salad, though without cabbage, but still very light and delicious, a delicate crab salad with an apple.

Take:

  • Three potatoes
  • onion
  • Crab sticks 200g
  • Large juicy sour apple
  • 4 eggs
  • mayonnaise

For marinade:

  • 2 tablespoons 9% vinegar
  • Clean water - 70ml
  • ground pepper

For 20 min. Marinated onions rings. All the products I rub on a large grater separately - boiled potatoes, apple, proteins, yolks. Crab sticks cut into thin strips.

Lay the layers in a salad bowl and each a little grease with mayonnaise: potatoes - pickled onions - apples (plus a little lemon juice, so as not to darken) - crab sticks - squirrels. I sprinkle the last greased layer with yolks and decorate with fresh herbs. Salad gentle with apple is ready, beautiful and tasty!

Salad of squid with apple

This amount of salad is enough for a large company.

  • 1kg squid
  • 1 onion (optional)
  • 2 sweet and sour apples (can be replaced with pineapple)
  • 4 eggs
  • Bank of corn
  • Greens, mayonnaise

Squid I cook no more than 5 minutes, I clean from films, cut with straw, finely cut onions, apples rub on a grater, eggs cut with cubes, add corn, mayonnaise. If desired, you can add greens.
