The task is not simple, especially when you need to quickly prepare such a snack. But there is a solution! Warm salad with feta cheese will be for you in this case a real wand-zashchalochkoy. To prepare it we will need:

  • A can of canned beans;
  • A can of tinned tuna ;
  • 200 g of feta cheese;
  • 2 tomatoes;
  • Clove of garlic;
  • A bunch of greenery (dill, parsley);
  • vegetable oil;
  • salt pepper.

Heat the frying pan and pour a little vegetable oil on it. Finely chop the garlic and lightly fry it. Add the beans from the jar to the pan to the garlic, along with the liquid in which it was. Cover and let it simmer over low heat. In the meantime, scald the tomatoes with boiling water and peel them off, finely chop and add to the beans. Again, cover the frying pan with a lid and simmer the vegetables until the tomatoes are very soft and turn into tomato paste. At the same time, they must be constantly stirred and crushed periodically, so that they soften faster. When the beans are ready, put it in a deep bowl. While it is not cold, add the rest of the ingredients: chopped tuna, finely chopped greens and feta cubes. Mix everything thoroughly, add a little olive oil and salt with pepper to taste. From the heat of the bean, the cheese should melt slightly, which will give it even more softness. Also remember that all salads with feta cheese should not be salted abundantly, because cheese already contains enough salt. And if you want to make it more fresh, then before preparing the dish, keep the cheese for about half an hour in mineral water or milk.
