Mushroom salad is incredibly useful and tasty. Twenty years ago these salads seemed to us an expensive delicacy, but now you have confidently entered our daily diet with you.

The main feature of champignons is that they are almost impossible to poison, so someone uses them raw. Also in these mushrooms are a lot of protein and essential for the organism microelements: magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, iron. The mushrooms contain vitamins C, D, B and folic acid, which have a beneficial effect on the body. Let's pay attention to the calorie content, which in this product is very low - only 27 kcal per 100 g of product. Thanks to which the mushrooms are a low-calorie dietary product, which are easily absorbed by the body.

Mushroom salad is especially useful for vegetarians. They are quite good at replenishing the daily protein norm, which many vegetarians suffer from. With constant consumption of fungi reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease and also atherosclerosis. The use of champignons favors the improvement of human brain activity and the restoration of memory. It is also recommended to eat champignons in diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, namely, with gastric ulcer, gastritis. Champignons besides are a good diuretic, well influencing oncological diseases and diabetes mellitus.

Salad with champignons are a good unloading product. They are used for various diets (I will present below the recipes of some salads, which you can choose as a certain diet). This is a wonderful product from which you can cook: a delicious salad, salad dressing, soup, various casseroles, etc. In good hands of these mushrooms you can cook a culinary masterpiece. Let's look at a couple of such examples on the preparation of salads.

Salad with champignons and prawns

You will need:

100 grams of champignons, 1/4 kilo of shrimp, 0.05 kg of rice, one carrot, clove of garlic, green onions, four tables. Lies. Table wine, one onion, table. Lies. Wine vinegar, six glasses of water, a table. Lies. Sauce of chili, two ceylon. Lies. Sunflower oil and salt

Let's start cooking:

Boil rice in salted water. Cut the champignons. Bulb and carrots finely chopped. Crush the garlic.

Cooked vegetables mixed, add wine, sauce, vinegar and water. Blend the mixture to boil. How to boil, add sunflower oil and boiled rice. Peel the shrimp and fry for five minutes in oil over a low heat.

Dip into the chilli sauce. From the peel, peel the mango, remove the stone and cut into small slices. Then the mango should be added to the rest of the ingredients and mixed well. We put the fried prawns on a salad. Sprinkle finely chopped green onions and decorate with thin plates of champignons.

Salad with champignons and soy meat

You will need:

1/5 kilo of canned mushrooms and the same amount of soy meat, one salted cucumber, seven table. Lies. Olive mayonnaise, one onion, ground pepper, parsley or dill.

Cut champignons into thin slices. Boil the meat and grind it well. Cut the cucumber into cubes. Combine the ingredients and season with mayonnaise. Add the ground pepper. Stir well and decorate with chopped dill or parsley.
