Salad with ham: a recipe for every taste

Ham is a wonderful meat product, good in itself, and when added to salads. There is an opinion that this sausage product, in fact, the ham is obtained after prosolki and smoking a whole piece of meat, most often pork. Juicy, fragrant, natural ham is completely different from sausages, consisting of ground meat and many other additives. Fans of this product have now a huge choice: ham, loin, brisket, shank, neck from different manufacturers, but still ham remains a rather expensive product. That is why most housewives prefer to use it not for slicing, but as a central component in salads.

Holiday salad with ham, recipe number 1

  • 150 grams of ham;
  • 80 g of chicken meat (boiled);
  • 4 eggs hard boiled;
  • 30-40 grams of leaves of any green salad;
  • a tomato;
  • 150 g of pickled fruits;
  • Grated cheese;
  • mayonnaise.

Cut the meat, ham and lettuce leaves into strips . Eggs finely chop, mix with meat and salad, season with salt, season with mayonnaise sauce and put into a dish. The rest of the ingredients are for decoration, sprinkle the salad with cheese and beautifully place the cut marinated fruit and tomato on it.

Salad with ham and peas, recipe number 2

  • 300 grams of ham;
  • 150 grams of rice and green canned peas;
  • Tomato (for decoration);
  • Mayonnaise, greens, salt and pepper.

Boil the crumbly rice for the salad and chill it, the ham should be cut into small cubes. Mix the main ingredients, mix with sauce, salt and pepper. Decorate with lettuce and tomato.

Salad with ham, recipe number 3 "Italian"

  • 250 grams of raw pasta of beautiful shape (feathers, shells);
  • 300 grams of ham and cheddar cheese;
  • 1 cucumber, half of Bulgarian pepper;
  • 1 bunch of green onions;
  • ½ cup green peas;
  • Salad dressing to taste (not pure mayonnaise), for example, mustard-honey sauce from recipe # 6.

Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package, drain the water, rinse thoroughly in cold water. Mix all ingredients pre-diced, season, season with salt and pepper, cool before serving.

Salad with ham, recipe number 4 "A la Mediterranean"

  • ¼ kg of ham;
  • ¼ kg cabbage white-headed;
  • 100 g of pasta;
  • 70 g carrots and 50 grams of celery root;
  • Mayonnaise, salt, herbs.

The ingredients included in this recipe are unusual, but the salad is balanced to taste, satisfying and not heavy for the stomach.

Ham cut traditionally - cubes, cabbage chop with medium-sized straws and rub with salt until juice is allocated. Carrots and celery boil, then cut into the same cubes as ham. Cook the pasta as usual and rinse well. Mix all the products, salt and season, decorate with greens.

Salad with ham, recipe number 5 "Spicy"

  • 300 g of ham and potatoes;
  • 100 grams of fresh apples, lettuce leaves and pickled cucumbers;
  • Root of celery, onion, greens;
  • For refueling: mayonnaise, mustard (to taste), salt.

A special piquancy to this salad will give a combination of apples, celery and mustard. The main components are cut into cubes (boiled potatoes and celery root, ham, cucumbers, apples). Cut the onion first and finely chop it in an acetic solution (1 teaspoon per glass of water) for half an hour. Salad cut into strips, mix the ingredients, season with a mixture of mayonnaise and sweet mustard.

Summer salad with ham and grapes, recipe number 6

  • ¼ kg of washed and dried salad greens;
  • 120 grams of ham with a pronounced taste of smoking;
  • ¼ kg of grapes without pits, cut into halves.

For honey-mustard sauce you need to take 1/3 cups of natural vinegar, honey, mayonnaise, vegetable oil, 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard and ½ teaspoon of fine iodized salt.

Preparation:

  1. Cool the pre-prepared salad, ham and grapes.
  2. Preheat natural vinegar and honey until the honey dissolves, cook for 3 minutes and cool.
  3. Whisk mayonnaise, mustard and salt, gradually add the vegetable oil, at the end, add a mixture of vinegar and honey. The sauce should be homogeneous and dense.
  4. Mix all the ingredients and refill, cool before serving.
  5. For those who like to experiment with flavors, I can advise you to replace the lettuce leaves with melon slices.
