Squid salad, a recipe in various varieties

Due to the high content of iodine, the work of the endocrine system improves, and even squid helps to improve appetite and stimulate the production of gastric juice.

Squid salad. Recipe with chili

Squid fillets (600 grams) well washed, cut into large rectangles, put in a colander and dip into boiling water for a couple of minutes. Then get it out of boiling water and rinse again with cold water.

One tomato peeled with boiling water and cut into thin rectangles. Chop the onion into thin half rings, rinse one chili pepper and cut into rings. And the last thing is to chop the green onions. Put all the ingredients in a bowl.

Serving: 150 grams of lemon juice, 50 grams of chili sauce and a teaspoon of sugar. Stir and lay out on plate saucers, decorate with celery.

Squid salad. Recipe with Bulgarian pepper

700 grams of squid in the salted water, peel and cut into rings or semirings. Cheese (150 grams) grind on a grater. Crumble several feathers of green onions.

Remove the four salad peppers from the seeds and cut them into strips. Put in a saucepan, pour a glass of water and boil it under the lid until all the liquid evaporates. Remove from heat and cool.

All the ingredients put in a cup, add a couple cloves of garlic (chop with a knife or crush), season with mayonnaise and mix. After 30 minutes you can serve.

Squid salad, recipe with mushrooms

Squid (two carcasses) are washed, the peel and the back are removed. Next, the meat is boiled in a little salted water for five minutes, no more. Get the squid, let them cool and cut into strips. The onion head and one carrot should be fried in olive (vegetable) oil.

200 grams of ham and canned mushrooms (you need 1 pot) also cut into strips. Mix all. With the bean cans, drain all the liquid and attach the canned beans to the remaining ingredients of the salad. Stir and dressing with mayonnaise, if necessary, add salt. Salad of squid and mushrooms is ready!

Squid salad. A recipe with an omelet

First we prepare the omelet. Two eggs to break into a bowl, slightly add salt and whip with a fork. Pour the resulting mass into a frying pan with oil, make a small fire and close the lid. After three minutes, turn the omelet over, get it in a couple of minutes and put it on the board to cool.

Squid peel and boil for five minutes in boiling water. Remove, cool and cut into cubes. To him add an omelet, chopped in the same way. One fresh cucumber is chopped into smaller cubes.

Salad from canned squid. Recipe with fish

Take three carcass squid or use a ready-made canned product. Cut into thin rings or half rings, put in a cup. One medium cucumber is completely peeled, cut into strips and added to squids. Two eggs boil and grate on a large grater.

200 grams of thawed salmon or trout boil in salted water for 10 minutes. Cool the fish and cut into strips (after cutting it itself will fall into pieces). Add the remaining salad ingredients, season with mayonnaise, salt and mix.

Ready salad can be decorated with olives, sliced rings. The dish is perfect for a festive table.
