All of them are united by the fact that the main component are crab sticks. The remaining ingredients may vary. Salad is very easy to cook, its cost is low, and while it is very tasty. By popularity in our country, crab salad is in second place, it stands between olivier and herring under a fur coat.

Crab salad with corn

This recipe is considered classic. To prepare it you will need:

  • 200 g of crab sticks;
  • 1 can of canned corn;
  • 5 boiled eggs;
  • mayonnaise.

Cut crab sticks and boiled eggs, mix in a bowl. Canned corn open, drain the juice. Add the corn from the can. Season the salad with mayonnaise before serving.

Very often, salad according to the classic recipe is added boiled rice. It gives satiety, but at the same time it makes the dish heavier. The recipe of this salad with cabbage is also popular. White cabbage is finely chopped, salted, squeezed to extract juice. Then cabbage is added to the salad.

Crab salad decorate fresh vegetables, greens. A special flavor and aroma will give the dish fresh cucumbers, they should be rubbed on a large grater. Ingredients included in the salad - crab sticks, cucumber, corn - are low-calorie. Cooked from these dishes are very light and delicious. Layered salad and crab sticks with pineapple

As an example, consider the preparation of puff crab salad with canned pineapple. Instead of pineapples can be apples or fresh tomatoes.

You will need products:

  • 200 crab sticks;
  • 4 boiled eggs;
  • 1 onion;
  • 150 g of cheese;
  • 1 can of pineapple;
  • Mayonnaise, vinegar.

Onion finely chopped, sprinkled with vinegar and leave for 10 minutes. Squirrels of eggs grate and lay the first layer on the dish. Lubricate mayonnaise. The second layer - finely chopped crab sticks, mayonnaise. The third layer is onions, again mayonnaise. The fourth layer is finely chopped pineapple, mayonnaise. The fifth layer is cheese, mayonnaise. Cook boiled yolks and gently lay with the top layer.
