For those who want to prepare a salad fresh, unusual, but useful and tasty, a recipe with greens and grapes is perfect. Strange at first glance, the combination of products makes the dish spicy, and the absence of mayonnaise and other harmful components - a useful and rich in vitamins.

On a glass of grapes (they can be any color, but for contrast it is better to use dark or pink ones) take a large bunch of green onions, as much parsley and 100 g of salad leaves. For filling, you need black ground pepper to taste, 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil, one for water and vinegar, salt.

Before preparing this unusual salad (the recipe can be slightly modified or supplemented to your own taste, adding cucumber, cherry tomatoes or other vegetables), you need to wash all the ingredients. Then the greens should be finely chopped, and lettuce leaves tear to pieces. Grapes are cut in half, they take out seeds, all ingredients are mixed. Then, from the salt, pepper, vinegar, water and oil, prepare the dressing, mixing them in a blender or just a spoon. Pour her salad immediately before serving. The dish will be especially important in the early spring, when the beds already have fresh herbs, and other vegetables have not yet appeared.

On 3 boiled chicken eggs take a can of canned pineapple, 200 grams of smoked sausage, as many pickled mushrooms, a bunch of dill and a small onion. Still need a can of corn and mayonnaise for refueling.

All the ingredients are cut fairly large (except onions and greens, which are better to grind), mix and season with mayonnaise. Unusual tasty salads can be served during the banquet, but sometimes it is worth experimenting with a usual dinner.

On 3 large carrots take 4 medium potatoes, chicken breast, a half-liter can of marinated mushrooms, 2-3 pickles, green onions, dill, lettuce and mayonnaise to taste.

Since the shape of this salad plays an important role, when serving it, you need to use a large dish, on which the "mushroom glade" will be located. You will also need a deep bowl with a wide bottom, the diameter of which is slightly smaller than that of the prepared dish.

Eggs, carrots and potatoes must be pre-cooked and cooled. Then they are cleaned and rubbed on a large grater. Chicken breast, also boiled in salt water with a laurel leaf and fragrant pepper, cut into cubes. Cucumbers are chopped in thin strips, squeezing juice from them. Greens should be cut as small as possible. Then they start to decorate the salad, collect it in layers.

At the bottom of the bowl, gently lay the mushrooms with their caps down. On top of them, sprinkle with fresh herbs, lightly press it down and lubricate with mayonnaise. Next comes a layer of carrots, then - cucumbers, then - chicken, eggs, potatoes. Each of them must be smeared with mayonnaise. Salad once again press down and put a bowl in the refrigerator for at least an hour.

After the allotted time, you need to take a dish, put on it green leaves and gently turn the bowl into the middle. This turns out to be a real meadow, on which "champignons" have grown. Salad can be safely placed in the middle of the table. He, no doubt, will decorate any celebration.

Unusual salad (recipe) with shrimps

Dishes from seafood have long become familiar even in everyday diet. But the combination of prawns with pasta in a salad can hardly be called traditional. This turns out to be a full-fledged independent dish, that's just served it cold.

200 grams of boiled and peeled shrimp will need 0.5 packs of pasta (any, but better "spiral"), half a can of black olives, a small onion. Still need a large Bulgarian pepper of red color, as well as mayonnaise to taste.

Pasta cook until ready, drain the water and leave to cool. Onion is better to take pickled or preliminarily sip it with boiling water so that bitterness comes out. It is cut into thin half-rings. Olives are divided in half along, and the Bulgarian pepper is cut into small cubes. Then all the ingredients are mixed and dressed with mayonnaise. Serve lettuce better immediately after cooking, so that the pasta is not deoxidized. If desired, you can add a little ground pepper to taste.

During the preparation of various festive dishes, you can always experiment a little and prepare an unusual salad (you can take the recipe ready or change something in one of the usual options). And if you cook with a good mood, then any dish will turn out delicious and beautiful.
