We take 0,5 glasses of sauce "mayonnaise" we add to it 0,5 glasses of thick sour cream and a tablespoon of vinegar. And the sauce is ready. You can serve these sauces with meat, or you can simply fill them with a salad.

You will need: 2 raw yolks, 2 boiled yolks, a glass of vegetable oil, 1 ч.л. Sugar, 1 tea. Salt, 1 tea. Mustard, vinegar or lemon juice.

Preparation: First take the boiled yolks and grind them with sugar, salt and mustard. Then add the raw yolks to the resulting mass. It is necessary as it is necessary to whip all the contents. When the mass becomes homogeneous, start adding vegetable oil. It is very important to add it a little, literally on a teaspoon, while continuing to whisk the bulk. You can use a mixer. At the end of cooking, add a little vinegar or lemon juice.

There is a recipe for homemade mayonnaise without adding eggs to it.

It is necessary to take milk and vegetable oil (1: 2). Milk should not be cold, room temperature. Put these products in a jar, only not in a wide bowl, it can badly beat up, and whisk with a mixer or blender. In a separate bowl, mix mustard, vinegar (or lemon juice) and spices. Spices and other ingredients we put to taste, you can add pepper or squeezed garlic, at your discretion and whisk thoroughly. Mix the two resulting weights and again mix or whisk with a mixer.
