Cheese buns are lush and tasty from any pastry. In this article, we decided to consider two options, one of which is prepared from the custard, and the other - from the puff, purchased in the store.

Delicious homemade baked cheese buns

Necessary ingredients for the test:

  • Creamy fresh oil - 130 g;
  • Egg large chicken - 3 pcs. (If small, it is better to take 4 pcs.);
  • A table of soda, a fine iodized salt - on a pinch;
  • Chilled boiling water - 200 ml;
  • White flour sifted - 1 full glass;
  • Parmesan cheese and Dutch - 100 g of each variety.

Dough preparation process

Cheese buns from the custard are made very easy and simple. To do this, pour into a saucepan of cooled boiling water, put butter on it and warm it up a little (until the culinary fat is completely dissolved). Further, constantly stirring, it is required to pour fine salt and white flour into the mass. As a result, you should get a viscous mixture, well departing from the walls of the pan. After this, in a slightly cooled base, it is necessary to break the chicken eggs one by one, pour in grated cheeses and mix everything thoroughly.

Baking process in the oven

Cheese buns should be cooked in a preheated oven at a temperature of 200 degrees. To do this, you need to take a baking tray, cover the surface with parchment paper, and then use a spoon dipped in water to put the semi-finished products on the sheet, leaving a distance of at least 5 centimeters between them. Bake such products should be within 25-40 minutes before the redness of buns. If desired, in the middle of this simple baking you can put some stuffing.

  • Puff pastry yeast (sold in almost all supermarkets) - 500 g;
  • Wheat flour white - 300 g (necessary for rolling the base);
  • Cheese "Almette" - 160 g;

Cheese buns from puff pastry are made much faster and easier than previous baking. After all, for the preparation of such a flour dish, there is no need to mix the base itself, as it can always be purchased at the store. So, take a layer of yeast puff pastry, roll it along one side, sprinkle with flour, and then spread the ground cheeses over the surface and wrap it tightly in a roll. After that, the finished semi-finished product must be cut into pieces with a thickness of up to 4 centimeters and alternately placed on the greased sheet so that the distance between them is approximately 50-80 millimeters.

Buns of cheese and puff pastry should be baked for about half an hour. During this time they will rise well, become lush, soft and very tasty.

How to properly serve pastry to the table
