How to Make Pizza Dough

Another option is without sour cream. Half a kilogram of flour will go two hundred grams of margarine or butter, a tablespoon of sugar, half a teaspoon of salt, a tablespoon of sugar and two tablespoons of strong alcohol: vodka or cognac.

In both cases, the flour needs to be sieved in order to saturate it with oxygen, make a small depression in it and put sour cream, oil, salt, eggs and quickly knead the dough. Then the dough should be rolled into one ball, put it under the napkin for about forty minutes, and then roll it out and continue cooking pizza.

And now, how to prepare a dough for pizza with the addition of yeast.

Take 2 cups of flour, 20 grams of fresh yeast or 10 grams of dry, 7 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and water. Dissolve the yeast with half a glass of warm water, pour them into the sifted flour. Add butter and salt. Quickly knead the dough to make it soft and supple. Make a bowl and sprinkle it with flour. Put on a board or in a spacious dish, cover with a light loosely napkin and leave in a warm place for at least two hours. The volume of the test should double.

Roll out or hands form a sheet in the shape of the dishes for baking. Place the dough in a frying pan or baking sheet in heat for 10 minutes. It is advisable to make a puncture with a fork over the entire sheet of the dough so that when baking it does not boil. Then dispatch the dough without the filling in the oven at a temperature of up to 250 degrees also for 10 minutes. Remove, evenly distribute the filling and place the pizza in the oven until cooked.
