He is transferred to a bowl, oiled on the outside, covered with a food film and left for 40 minutes. During this time, the dough should increase significantly. After that, a thin layer of pizza base is rolled out of it, ingredients are put on top for filling, and everything goes to the oven.

In order for the dough to rise, there must be no drafts in the room. Also one of the tricks of the housewives: to lubricate the bowl, into which the dough is placed, with sunflower oil, this contributes not only to the fact that the mass does not adhere to the edges, but also that it grows faster in size. For those who prefer a thin and crispy pizza base, it is recommended to place 2 baking trays in the heated oven, top and bottom. Bake the dish at the top, while the bottom will emit heat, so that the dough will quickly bake.

For those who like a lush foundation, the following recipe is recommended. Mix a glass of flour with 3-4 teaspoons of yeast. Add a spoonful of baking powder and a pinch of salt. A glass of kefir is slightly heated on fire, poured into the remaining ingredients. Add a couple of spoons of vegetable oil (preferably olive). The dough is kneaded and left for an hour. Further it is rolled out, smeared with tomato sauce, ingredients are put on top for filling. This dish is baked for 40 minutes in a well-heated oven. According to this recipe, it is quite easy to make a pizza at home, since for the filling you can take almost all of what is presently in the fridge. The following recipe will help those who do not know how to make a pizza base from a short pastry.
