But some varieties are not subjected to natural smoking, but add a special preservative with the aroma of smoke.

Sausage cheese is a high-calorie product with a high salt content. Therefore, it is not recommended to use it for people with diseases of the stomach, kidneys and blood vessels. Phosphates contained in it, can cause allergic reactions, and acids used for conservation, are harmful in the exacerbation of gastritis and ulcers.

In addition, sausage cheese is often made from substandard and spoiled foods, and butter replaces cheap vegetable fats.

But there is still a benefit in sausage cheese. It is a source of nutritious fats and proteins with an indispensable amino acid composition. This cheese is absorbed by the body completely and contains not only phosphorus and calcium, but also vitamins A, E and D. True, people with excess weight are not recommended to eat sausage cheese. The calories contained in it contribute to obesity.

When buying sausage cheese you need to be able to choose it correctly. A good product has a smooth glossy surface and a brown color. Its consistency must be dense and smooth at the cut, a pleasant aroma of haze is required. Such cheese can be consumed directly in food or added to different dishes.

For example, you can make a roll of lavash. This delicious high-calorie dish is prepared very easily. You need to make a filling, chopping red fish, sausage cheese and boiled eggs. Then add greens, cucumbers and bell peppers or corn. Mix everything with mayonnaise and put it on lavash. Tightly roll into a roll, wrap in a film and put it for two hours in a cold place.
