The national Georgian dish of Chahokhbili was originally prepared from pheasant meat. However, in our times this bird is a rare delicacy, so instead of it, usually use chicken. In Georgia, this dish is stewed exclusively in a thick-walled cauldron. And in other countries, many housewives cook chahokhbili in a multivariate. For these purposes, you can use the apparatus of any model, the main thing is that it had a "Quenching" and "Baking" mode.

Vegetarian Chahokhbili. The recipe in the multivariate
Necessary ingredients: four medium-sized potatoes, three tomatoes, 3 onions, greens (dill and parsley), five spoons of vegetable oil, 30 g of coriander, one small red pepper and a little black ground, salt.
Preparation
Pour vegetable oil into the bowl. Place the onion, cut into half rings. Set the "Quenching" mode for one hour. The onion should become translucent in ten minutes. Then add potatoes, cut into small cubes, as well as 100 ml of water. Cover the multivark cover and prepare the rest of the ingredients. Chahokhbili with walnuts
Ingredients: 1, 5 kg of chicken, four onions, three tomatoes, half a cup of walnuts, 50 g of butter, chilli, salt, greens, garlic.

Chicken cut into pieces. Chop the onion. After removing the peel from the tomatoes, cut the flesh into slices. Chop the nuts. In the "Hot" mode, brown the meat for about 15 minutes. Add the butter, onions and saute the dish for another ten minutes. In this case, set the "Quenching" mode. Add the tomatoes, close the lid and continue cooking for another half hour. In the end, put pepper, nuts and garlic. Do not forget about spices. In seven minutes the chaos will be ready in the multivariate.
