In the flour add water and mix thoroughly. Then you need to extinguish the soda with lemon juice (vinegar or citric acid) and pour into the dough, add butter and salt.

To make the pancakes look more elegant, you can crumble a little greenery or spinach into the dough.

You can also cook pancakes on mineral sparkling water (it is better to take Borjomi), which is added to the dough instead of the usual, while neither yeast nor soda with lemon juice is used. In this case, pancakes should be baked as soon as possible, while in the test there is carbon dioxide. Lenten pancakes on the mineral water are more tender and tasty.

Delicious pancakes prepared on potato broth are very tasty. We boil the potatoes and merge the resulting broth into a separate container. Cut the onion into small pieces and fry in vegetable oil until they turn golden. Then we prepare the dough: in a hot potato broth, fill up the flour (about 2 cups), salt, add hydrated soda, 300-400 g of mineral carbonated water and fried onion and butter. Dough well stir and fry pancakes.
