For cooking, we will need:

1. chanterelles - 400-500,
2. chicken breast about 250 g,
3. sour cream - 200-300,
4. onion - 1 pc.,
5. greens, dill, parsley
6. Cream and vegetable oil for frying,

8. Freshly ground pepper

In a large bowl, he will pour water and put chanterelles into it. Rinse the chanterelles several times (preferably not in the same water) and clean off the dirt with a cooking brush, brush, or in any other convenient way for you.
Rinse again and dump everything into a colander and allow excess liquid to drain. Cut mushrooms into pieces (preferably not large, and not small pieces, medium-sized). Chicken breast should be thoroughly washed and dried.
Next, cut the breast slices, and then thin strips like for example Beef Stroganoff, but you can cut the breast in large pieces (matter of taste). Next, we take an onion and cut into rings, and we divide the rings into 4 parts (the fourth of the ring is obtained). Take the frying pan and melt the butter there and add the vegetable. We put the chicken breast into a split pan and fry for about 1 minute. Then breast pepper, salt, etc. M on the plate. Next, in the pan, where we roasted chicken, lay out chanterelles and a little bit of their salt. We bring the mushrooms to a boil (on medium heat), when boiling from the mushrooms must be allocated a lot of liquid, you should stir the chanterelles until the liquid evaporates completely. Then add a little vegetable oil and fry for about 1-3 minutes. We put the chanterelles in a separately prepared plate or bowl. Next, we poke onions in the pan, add butter, melt the salt and fry, stirring on low heat for about 20 minutes, until the onion is soft.
In the frying pan add the chanterelles and chicken to the fried onions and mix, then we spread the sour cream into the pan (if desired, you can pour a little chicken broth, cream, water, olive oil, etc.), then it's all stewed in a frying pan with the lid open 5 minutes on low heat, do not forget to stir. Then add the greens and mix. After that, cover the pan with a lid and let the dish stay for about 5 minutes.

This dish can be served with various side dishes, but I would advise you to serve it with mashed potatoes.
