Every day more and more people think about what they eat. They tend to eat right. But what does this mean? A lot of tasteless and uneventful food? Have to give up your favorite dishes: pelmeni, pancakes, cakes? Yes and no. To begin with, it's enough to revise your menu. Understand how many contain the usual dishes of proteins, fats and carbohydrates and what is their caloric value. A pancake with meat is one of the forbidden foods while observing a strict diet. However, this does not mean that you will have to permanently exclude it from your menu.

Classic Recipe

To understand what the caloric value of 1 pancake with meat, you need to remember the classic recipe for its preparation. After all, a lot depends on the products used. Of course, different housewives make pancakes in different ways. The dough can be on kefir or milk, with the addition of buckwheat or oatmeal. Fillings can be with the addition of fried onion with meat or boiled chicken breast. But about this a little later.

What is needed?

For the pancakes themselves will need:

  • Eggs of chicken - 3 pieces;
  • Milk - 500 ml;
  • Wheat flour - 250 grams;
  • Sugar - 30 g;
  • Salt - 2 grams;
  • Vegetable oil - 100 ml.

For a typical filling:

  • Pulp of beef - 700 grams;
  • Large onion;
  • spice;
  • salt.

Cooking procedure

Preparation of pancakes should begin with the filling. It is more convenient and practical. Boil the beef until cooked in salted water. This usually takes about an hour. Cool and pass through a meat grinder. When boiling, you can add peppercorns, bay leaf and other spices to make the meat spicy and fragrant. Separately fry the onions cut in half rings on vegetable oil, until it becomes transparent. Cool and add to the scrolled meat. This stuffing for pancakes is ready.

Now you can start kneading the dough. Without it, it's hard to imagine pancakes with meat. The calorie content of the prepared dish depends largely on it, and the mix in particular. To make a dish really tasty, it is important to properly prepare the dough. To begin with, mix the eggs with sugar and salt. The latter should be put quite a bit for the taste. Then mix the flour and knead the dough. Then gently, literally on a spoon to enter milk. If you do not hurry, you will get a smooth pouring mass. In a batch, a blender or mixer can very well help out. At the end, pour in the vegetable oil.

Preheat the frying pan over medium heat. Pour a little dough into the center and, tilting it from side to side, spread a thin layer. Fry only on one side, until the pancake blushes. Put on a flat plate. Put the filling on one side and fold as conveniently. Continue to make pancakes until the filling or dough is over. Then fry them from all sides. Of this amount should be 5 servings. On it are ready pancakes with meat. Calorie content per 100 grams is 193.60 kcal. Proteins - 8,7 g, fats - 11,2 g, carbohydrates - 14,9 g.

What to change in the test?

More than half the calories and carbohydrates, of course, account for the dough. That is why, by changing its formula, you can significantly reduce calorie content. The pancake with meat can even turn out quite suitable under the concept of "proper nutrition". So, what can I replace? This is definitely milk, eggs and flour.

Since the proponents of proper nutrition abuse wheat flour most of all, it is first of all necessary to choose an alternative for it. The simplest thing is to take whole-grain instead. It contains more useful fiber and vitamins. Partly it can also be replaced with buckwheat and oatmeal, the benefits of which have already been said a lot. However, it should be noted that such changes will not only reduce calorie content. A pancake with meat will turn out useful and pleasant to the taste. Although the latter, of course, for many a controversial point.

Another ingredient that can be safely replaced in the recipe is milk. If the goal is simply to reduce caloric content, then, of course, the best option is water. However, at the same time taste qualities will be strongly affected. Therefore, it is optimal to either leave everything unchanged, or replace it with low-fat kefir. The same can be said about eggs. Their absence will greatly affect the taste. At the same time, they do not significantly affect caloric content. A pancake with meat without them will contain 163 calories per 100 grams of product.

Changes in the filling

Of course, the composition of the filling can not help but affect the caloric content of the pancakes. What should be done with it so that the dish remains tasty, but has become more dietary? First, it is desirable to use chicken fillet, beef or low-fat pork. Also, to reduce the caloric content, it is desirable to pre-boil them in salted water. Of roasting, of course, it is better to refuse.

The same can be said about the bow. It is desirable to fry without oil or using a very small amount. You can replace the bulb with a green one, and then the taste will not suffer and you do not need to fry. To compensate for this dietary intake can be the addition of your favorite spices and a small amount of broth, which cooked meat.

What else?

Caloric content of pancakes with meat still depends heavily on the way of cooking. Therefore, it is desirable to completely eliminate frying in oil, even vegetable, and pancakes, and fillings. With the latter everything is simple. This has already been mentioned earlier. For the preparation of pancakes, it is desirable to purchase a pan with non-stick or ceramic coating. If it does not work out yet, use an atomizer for the oil and add it directly to the dough.

A pancake with meat can still not be fried after cooking. It is enough to warm it up in a microwave or steam. Of course, this dish can not be called completely dietary. But for a hearty breakfast, a pancake with meat will do. Caloric content 1 pc. On average, from 80 to 100 kcal.
