Recipe 1

A simple set of products and simple technology make it possible to prepare a tasty and useful unleavened bread for this recipe. Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of flour;

Light corn unleavened bread on yogurt for 12 people can be prepared from products:

  • 1 cup corn flour ;
  • 1 cup of wheat flour;
  • ½ cup kefir;
  • ½ cup skimmed milk;
  • ½ teaspoon of tea;
  • 1 tablespoon table-cloth powder for baking;
  • 1 egg, whisk;
  • ¼ cup sugar;
  • ¼ cup low-fat yogurt ;
  • 1 ½ tablespoons of rapeseed oil ;
  • pepper.

The oven is heated to 200 ° C. In a large bowl whisk all the damp products and, without stopping to stir, add the dry ingredients in the sequence: salt, sugar, powder for baking, flour. Quickly knead the dough and spread it into a prepared (flour-poured or smeared) baking sheet. Top with a light sprinkle of black pepper. Bake for 25 minutes, allow to cool slightly, then cut and served to the table. Bread without a yeast, cooked according to this recipe, it turns out very tasty and useful.

You can bake excellent bread without wheat flour. Ingredients for Irish Oatmeal :

  • 225 g oatmeal flakes (for dough);
  • 1 glass of oatmeal obtained by grinding flakes (you can buy ready-made flour in the store);
  • 300 ml of kefir;
  • 2 teaspoons of tea baking powder;
  • 1 tablespoon of tea salt;
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil;
  • raisins;
  • Nuts;
  • sesame;
  • Pumpkin seeds (can be replaced with sunflower seeds).

Soak for the night flakes in kefir. In the morning add salt, baking powder and oil to the mixture, mix. Sprinkle raisins, seeds, sesame seeds, nuts, stir again. Add the oatmeal. Get a thick and sticky dough. Spread out in a form, oiled. Put in a preheated oven for about 50 minutes and bake at 180 oC. Readiness of bread is checked with a toothpick. You can add figs, prunes or dried apricots to the dough.
